We applied for a power of attorney for one notarial action. At the same time, they showed samples of already issued powers of attorney for such an action. As a result, for almost an hour, the notary said that she did not know, she did not understand how it could be and how it should be formalized, she needed to postpone studying, etc. She personally talked to me without a trusted person. As a result, she said that she has a similar power of attorney, but there are more actions and it costs 100 rubles. (ours for one action is 40 rubles.) and she can issue it. it is not clear what this is - incompetence or a desire to issue you a document with a higher cost, with actions other than one that you do not need. Due to the urgency and having a lack of time due to the circumstances and the inability to get to another notary, it was already too late, we had to issue this power of attorney by making a specific action that we needed there. Therefore, I do not recommend anyone to contact here and spend their time explaining basic things. It looked like a boneless divorce for money. I do not recommend contacting here at all.
