I do not recommend this sharashkin's office to anyone, I was making out a car purchase. When I asked why the amount for notary services in the contract was approximately 6,000 drams and you required 20,000 drams, the notary began to talk nonsense about a long queue at her reception, then in an insolent manner she replied if you do not want to destroy the document now, go to another notary

I did a power of attorney a couple of times with a translation into Russian. They do it promptly, applied in the morning, took it away in the evening.
You can send everything via messenger.
There is air conditioning in the room.
The only caveat is, if you don't come in the morning, then waiting in line can be about an hour, keep in mind. But there are such queues in other departments, so it is unlikely that this can be written down as a minus of this place.

Maybe the notaries themselves are not bad, but it's disgusting that you can't reach them. I swear, I called once a week, 10 times, and they never answered.
