When contacting other offices in September (there were at least 5 of them per day), we were refused admission, saying that the appointment was for the month of November. Because we were passing through, we could not wait a couple of months. When contacting this particular natarius, we were told to wait, taking into account the circumstances. They accepted, they did not refuse, for which I THANK you very much!
