Обращалась 2 раз, довольна. Оба раза нужно было сделать доверенность, поскольку живая очередь, приходится ждать, но в целом недолго. Прием ведут несколько специалистов, вежливые, корректные, никаких нареканий. Можно оплачивать картой.
