Сегодня была шокирована поведением данной конторы. В первой половине дня зашла с целью заверить документы. Мне предложили записаться, т.к. были заняты другими клиентами. Уточнили, что работают сегодня до 15 часов. В 15.40 мне позвонили оттуда с вопросом: «Когда вы принесете телефон? Мы вас ждем до 18 часов». На вопрос : какой телефон? - ответили, что я якобы взяла их рабочий телефон и ушла. Т.е. совершенно необоснованно меня обвили в краже их телефона. Как выяснилось позже, они видите ли попутали меня с другим клиентом. Вместо того, чтобы разобраться, кто что взял, сначала звонят шокируют клиентов. Еще и говорят: «я тут ни при чем, мне так сказали». Сервис на высоте!
