The longest notary appointment in my life. I spent 2 hours in line just to submit documents, there were only 2 people in front of me, the rest came in without a queue (just to ask) and made notes, distracting the specialist and lengthening the queue at times. The specialists are good, there is no question, but there are questions for the management regarding the organization of their work and the attitude towards clients. Please take care of your employees and, as a result, your customers.
