A very strange man working in a notary, rude communication ,off-topic conversation ,a nationalist,I am a citizen of Kazakhstan born in Aktobe and I know the Kazakh language perfectly, yes, I am Russian by nationality , but apparently it hurt him that he sent me to Russia.In general, a strange man.
