Обращался и не раз, по телефону разъясняют подсказывают. Если ещё нужно будет то опять пойду к ним. Небольшой минус только в ожидании, приходишь в назначенное время, даже раньше и пол часа подождать, при загруженном графике это выбивает из колеи). В остальном всё отлично.

Была впервые и не понравился специалист в скобках с 5го кабинета,не смогла решить вопрос,хотела уже уйти
Но с 4го кабинета услышала девушка и решила мой вопрос за 5 минут
В итоге она решила вопрос,а подписала и взяла Деньги с 5го кабинета
