They impose additional services, while providing deliberately false information: 28 thousand tenge was counted for the certificate of power of attorney, while according to the tariff, the certificate of other powers of attorney is 0.1 MCI (369 tenge), and even if the cost is considered as the sum of the costs of powers of attorney, the tariff is 9600 tenge, but not 28 thousand. I had my own draft power of attorney, I refused to certify it without paying for technical work. She refused to issue a resolution on refusal to perform a notarial act today. I refused to accept the application, referring to the fact that I am a citizen of another state.

They impose additional services: at a price of 9600 tenge according to the tariff (I was ready to do all the technical work on my own), they read 28,800 tenge (in general, the maximum amount that can be taken for a power of attorney). At the same time, the notary, for a far-fetched reason, refused to accept an application for a power of attorney ("I'm busy now, come another day") and issue a decree refusing to perform a notarial action ("I won't issue it now, come within 15 days"). The reviews on 2gis seem to be screwed up, since the very next day after my review they left a positive one, in which they refuted my own review. At the same time, there was no direct response from the notary himself.
