"helped" us, as if by the way, much more sense and information was achieved on the phone the day before.... And why is the light in the office so dim??? Why is there nowhere to leave outerwear???? everything was very uncomfortable and uncomfortable . The notary at the reception worked much better, thank you for that. you can pay the state fee with a card, I don't seem to remember this before, which also pleased me. We didn't wait long to enter the office, but it would be easier to navigate in the queue by coupons......
