For comparison, in the notary office No. 2 of the Moskovsky district (on Yesenin Street) they refused to issue one document, citing lack of time, although I arrived an hour before the end of the working day. I was offered to come another day. And when contacting by phone on Saturday with a request to issue a package of three documents, they said that the waiting time could be a whole day.

For the first time I applied to the notary office for help in drawing up a consent for the donation of an apartment. The consultant girl printed out a sample for me (30 minutes! it took her a while). To clarifying questions, the consultant replied that the consent is drawn up in any form. When the finished documents (power of attorney and consent with apostilles and translations) were ready, I turned to the notary office again. The notary, N.P. Baranova (as the sign in the office claimed), said that the consent was drawn up incorrectly. I provided the sample I received from the consultant. During the dialogue, it became clear that consultants do NOT have the right to give such information. The boss probably joined the dialogue. She did not have a badge (like the consultant), she did not introduce herself. But the manner and tone of the conversation were "bossy." She immediately demanded a receipt for services. Another surprise: it turns out that only a notary (and not a consultant) can give advice and for a fee! But why didn't the consultant girl offer me to pay for the service and contact a competent specialist?! The boss, after looking at the sample (issued by her employee), said that they could not give it out, but a neighbor gave it to me! And, the cherry on the cake! When I left, I asked for a sample of correct consent. Answer: we do not, because there is confidential information in the consent. Is it impossible to make a form that does not contain surnames?
The result: wasted money (and a lot of it), time and nerves.

An excellent notary office. Friendly consultants, a competent notary, with whom we sorted out all my questions, the speed of work and the cleanliness of the office premises. I will definitely come again for legal questions.
The service is excellent. I applied three times. All are competent. I will remove one star for the administrator. I signed up with one notary, they transferred me to another without my knowledge.
I really didn't like the organization of the work. There is no electronic queue, and the consultants did not even say that the queue should somehow be occupied by someone. As a result, they sat uselessly in the hallway and left. It's terribly unpleasant. You either make an electronic queue, or clearly and clearly tell where people need to occupy it.
By appointment, we came to a deal and it turned out that when we made an appointment by phone to a notary for a deal, an incomplete list of documents was dictated. As a result, we lost two evenings after work - at the notary. The question is, what are we paying money/state duties for - just for the transaction certificate??... and the quality of the service???
I hope the management will take this incident into account and improve the quality of service.
