The administrators are very incompetent. Greeting clients begins with the girl's complaints in a raised tone, not to approach their workplace and it is unclear why not to make a fence, since it is so important. The second male administrator, without delving into the essence of the issue, offered to wait for the vacated notary. The wait lasted an hour, in fact, it turned out that they were unable to provide this service! As a result, it's a waste of time and a headache..
The notary was polite and explained everything. It is a pity that the administration cannot be attentive and courteous to its customers.
