We wanted to buy a share of the apartment from the second co-owner. The share we are buying includes the co-owner's mother, who lives abroad. At the initial consultation, notary No. 1 reported that the written consent of the registered mother is sufficient, they say she will automatically be discharged upon sale.
And so, we collected all the documents, changed the money, and came to make a deal. This time we got to another notary (let it be notary No. 2). And so, notary No. 2 informs that no one will automatically be discharged anywhere, and we will buy a share with a registered person.
I will write separately about notary No. 2, on the one hand, she did not allow us to buy a share of an apartment with a person registered in it, on the other hand, her behavior was completely abnormal.
She gave incomprehensible, inappropriate and incorrect comments regarding our prescriptions and the place of actual residence, shouted that, they say, she lives where she is registered and what are you doing here.......
He made some hints, as I realized that we were almost resellers or black realtors: "Of course it's legal, but I understand your schemes"
In fact, we lost a lot of time, lost money on exchange transactions, notary No. 1 did not even show his face, not to mention apologies, notary No. 2, although he turned out to be somewhat more qualified, behaved absolutely unprofessionally.
If you have a desire to use the services of this office, it is better to immediately contact another specialist in parallel, because at best you will lose money, time and nerves, at worst-for example, buy an apartment with registered left-wing people.

On the 10th and 11th of February, I called the notary office No. 1 of the Sovetsky district and asked to write down the King O.E. to the notary (I think this is not the best notary, but she dealt with the issues of re-registration of our apartment a few years ago). The young man on the phone said that there are no places for O.E. in the near future, but on Friday, February 16, she will receive on a first-come, first-served basis from 14.00 to 16.00 hours. I took time off from work on 02/16/2024, took a taxi and flew to Gikalo, 3. The girl sitting at the reception desk replied to me with amazement that O.E. accepts on a first-come, first-served basis only on Thursdays until 18.30 (just tin, sorry). Therefore, today, 02/29/2024 (last Thursday 22.02. just got sick), I did the same procedure again - I took time off from work, took a taxi and rushed here by 18.00. The girl at the reception desk looked at me in amazement again and said that O.E. accepts on a first-come, first-served basis on Fridays from 14.00 to 16.00.......Are you people kidding me??? You have a serious institution, but who works???........They're all stupid. Please, the management, put things in order. I won't go to you anymore, but I feel sorry for other people who might be in my place.

By the way, the employees themselves do not know which pages of the passport need to be certified, in my opinion, the administrator took them away from me at all. All this time I was listening to the relationship between the head and subordinates, which is very unpleasant. They said, "We have a meeting." As a result, I didn't even go into the 6th office, I sat under it and waited. In general, employees are not interested in customers, they have something clearly different in priority.
P.S. The "funniest thing" is that there was a live queue in room 3 and it was really lively.
