In general, it is a cultural place. Professionals work. But there is a but.
There are many offices, but several are open. If you come on a first-come, first-served basis, the average waiting time is about 1-2 hours. And it is rarely possible to sign up for the current week, even on Monday. There are few queues, but due to the long processing time, your queue approaches extremely slowly. I would like to have more notaries in the live queue.
In the evening, 2 hours before the end of the working day, there is no point in coming at all. Most often they are sent with the words: "You won't get your turn."

I applied once, I wouldn't go a second time.To process the documents, you need to come there with a ready-made inheritance, for example, with all applications correctly executed, and they warn you by phone that the applicant must be at the office in half an hour to write an application in 2 to 4 copies.And now the question is, how can an elderly person aged 80 years write large enough documents with his own hand in 30 minutes???
Apparently they don't teach this at law school (that's why I won't apply there a second time.

Friendly administrators. Especially the guy - I crossed paths with him twice. And he explained everything very well to me, and while waiting in line, I heard how he communicated with others, not every commercial organization has such attentive and polite employees, but here in the state.
I dealt with three notaries at different times: Blintsova O.G., Avchinko N.B., I do not remember the last name of the third, unfortunately - competent, they explain everything clearly, the documents were done qualitatively. Only the workload is high, the recording has to wait a long time, and it does not work very quickly on a first-come, first-served basis and not all issues can be resolved.

There is a great lack of an information kiosk in this place (because while a person runs away, pays and returns, they do not take the next one). And at least coffee machines, because the waiting time in turn is at least one and a half to two hours.

Maybe I was just unlucky, but I had to travel three times to redo documents after Natarius. BRTI did not miss them, because there were mistakes, the last time, it was already 4, she reprinted and corrected the documents twice in front of me, since I found mistakes every time. Bitter experience already told me to carefully re-read everything so as not to waste time, since I had to take time off from work, sit in the BRTI for two hours, so that they would again deploy with incorrectly executed documents.
I understand fatigue, I understand it's possible to make mistakes, but I've reached the point of absurdity. I came to a specialist, you don't make out an inheritance every day, you hope for a lot of money for me, about 300 rubles in total, so that you would be prompted and everything would be processed correctly, but you had to correct the specialist. Yes, of course she apologized, but because of the alteration of the documents, the whole procedure was delayed for a month. I didn't write to the complaint book, but... here I just want to warn you, if you come to the V. N. Chapter, read very carefully and count the shares, up to checking the correctness of the wording of words and grammar.

We visited this office in January 2020 on the issue of inheritance. We faced an unprofessional, rude, arrogant notary, and even with full confidence in our impunity. They asked to invite the head. She said that she was the head.
In general, if you want to get competent advice, do not be lazy to take care at least at an elementary level to know your rights. And it is better to get advice from several people. They do not finish talking on the principle of "did not ask - did not receive an answer."
They wrote a complaint.
P.S.
1. As a result, it turned out that she was the acting head, and the head herself was ill.
2. The time limit for consideration of the complaint is 15 days. After 2 weeks, the notary called, apologized and asked to resolve the issue peacefully. We agreed to a truce. But she needed a written paper on a peaceful solution to the conflict. She came to each of us personally at home (we live in different localities). The papers were written to her.
Notaries are strict about everything. They face disqualification for such complaints. You need to know and defend your rights, because they are violated everywhere, in every office, at every step.
