A very unpleasant experience. We drove twice from another region for the Asus ROG Strix SCAR 18 (2025) with a Mini LED, and both times in vain.
At first, the consultant confidently stated that there was no Mini LED in the model. Then it turned out that he just didn't know what he was talking about. Wasted a day.
The second time, everything was clarified in advance in correspondence — availability, condition, packaging. They said that the laptop is in stock, new, you can pick it up. When we arrived, it turned out that there was only a showcase copy left in another branch. They promised to deliver in 15 minutes, but they arrived in 40.
And that's not all: the laptop was eventually given to another customer who paid in advance. He himself was shocked when he realized that it was a showcase sample.
We were offered to simply order again with prepayment and delivery. No apologies, no attempt to resolve the situation.
We do not recommend relying on the words of employees.
Promises and reality are two different things.
We are very disappointed. This is the official distributor of ASUS in Tashkent. The complaint has been sent.

Which is very good compared to the 40% overpayment in most cases of purchases in other stores. And if you have the opportunity to pay the amount earlier, then the overpayment interest will decrease.
