I ordered espresso on experimental and flat on classic grain. I'm not a gourmet to look for notes, but both cups are modern, with a pleasant acidity – I was very pleased. The establishment itself leaves a wow effect. Technologically advanced. The service to match the interior is minimalistic and pleasant. Thanks, I'll be back.

For me, Nova is the #1 coffee shop in Batumi. Excellent quality coffee, delicious food and breakfasts (pancakes with salmon fire!), polite and friendly staff, stylish design. They open early and close late. Well done! :)

You definitely need to go here for delicious coffee and a great breakfast: everything is at the best level. My personal top is here: shakshuka, cheesecakes with boiled condensed milk are wonderful, pancakes with salmon, toast with roast beef, tiramisu.

Great coffee shop! The perfect classic espresso tonic. I really liked the food (I took chopped chicken cutlet with bulgur). A large enough portion, a good taste balance. The price of coffee is good, some dishes are too expensive, but the taste and size pleases. Playlist - just 💔 Also really liked the atmosphere, the barista girls are super!

Once I took a grain, if I'm not mistaken — the country of Colombia, which was able to surprise him, although this has not happened for a long time. Delicious food, but I would really like less sauces. The dishes are greasy. This is important not even in terms of calories, but for those who have problems and cannot eat fatty foods. It is difficult to find something in Batumi that is not bakery and kebab, but more European, familiar, with an abundance of vegetables, shrimp / fish. The guys are just making good salads, bowls, omelets, etc., but sauces, especially Dutch, are another trend everywhere, so I'll just order without them. The portion size is also adequate in terms of cost. Pet friendly!)

The coffee, of course, is delicious, but they didn't let me finish it, I walked away from the table for a couple of minutes, they took my plates and a checker with half-finished coffee, the weirdos, since my things were lying next to me. The question is, on what grounds did the cafe employees decide that it was possible to clean? There were a lot of nuts with honey in the plates, it should be added that the nuts were overcooked to a bitter state, apparently they knew that it was not possible to eat them, but they had to leave the coffee.

Pathos. Pathos and pathos again. It feels like the barista is doing a favor by serving the guests. And calmly puts on headphones (apparently, so that none of the guests from the tables would bother). One of the guests asked for sugar, he was told that they did not have sugar (apparently, as in some Michelin restaurants there is no salt and sugar on the tables, since their food is perfect). Gentlemen! Cafes are not just about food! But also the atmosphere! And hospitality! Take an example from Georgians living in villages and treating strangers with wine and smiles!

There are few places in Batumi where there is good coffee and which they know how to cook.
I liked the coffee here. The barista took into account my wishes.
Before visiting the coffee shop, I read the negative review of the man below, and the first thought was - maybe competitors)). Other reviews are adequate.

About sugar 😃 - if I understood correctly, this is a feature of the institution)). (Maybe I'm wrong, of course))
But you can drink their coffee without sugar, I liked it.
