Very convenient location, all interesting places and attractions are within walking distance. The staff is sooo attentive and responsive. The rooms are very cozy and clean. A comfortable hotel in the city center. Delicious breakfast (buffet + you can order an omelette of your choice), Parking for several cars in the courtyard. It is located behind the houses of relatively large streets, so it is quiet (although not the most beautiful view from the window).

A lovely small and cozy hotel! The rooms are very clean and comfortable, all amenities are provided. Very friendly staff!
It is located almost in the very center of the city, but it is not noisy at all. I booked an Economy single room, and there's already a king size bed!!
I definitely recommend it!

I give the hotel 4.5 points. It is located in a very convenient location - the center, most of the attractions are easy to walk along the beautiful streets, the hotel itself is located inside the street, so the hotel is quiet! Very friendly and helpful staff 5/5, always help and prompt. The breakfasts are delicious, there is a choice of omelets.
We rested in a standard class 304 room, in general the room is good, there was enough space for two for 4 nights.
The rating is reduced for the audibility inside the hotel: the neighbors can be heard very well, either because of the thin walls, or because of the adjacent doors between the rooms. There is also a minus for the bathroom door: it is transparent and does not lock, there is no noise insulation - audibility, as if you are without doors at all :) Also, sometimes the room was not cleaned well enough, there were minor remarks. And in the room with a double bed there were two connected single beds (I don't know, we ourselves chose it by chance, or so it was intended), it was not possible to sleep in the middle :(at the same time, the bed itself is very comfortable.
Overall, the impression is very positive! I would recommend this visit to my family and friends!
Unfortunately, there are no photos. But all the photos in the reviews and on the site correspond to reality!

A great hotel, the room has everything you need, including an iron, hairdryer, slippers, bathrobes. The location is very convenient, 10-15 minutes walk to the main attractions in the center. The hotel itself is located a little away from Sayat-Nova Avenue, so the room is quiet. The breakfasts were decent, there was always something to eat, although we were coming to the end)

This is a very non-customer-oriented staff and management of the hotel. We stayed here once and everything was relatively good. An average hotel with small rooms and not very varied breakfast, but tolerable for one night. But the second time it was 09/19/2013, we could not fly to Yerevan, because due to the escalation of the conflict in N.Karabakh, the airspace was closed and European companies did not fly to Yerevan and canceled flights. Our flight was canceled. We wrote to the hotel manager asking him to cancel the fine and refund the money for the reservation. But they refused. Although they could make concessions and return at least part or a voucher for the next stay. But they are not customer-oriented and apparently do not expect guests in the future. I suffered a lot of losses due to the cancellation of the flight and hoped for at least the slightest understanding. Even booking wrote an apology. And the hotel management showed no sympathy. I do not recommend this attitude to anyone. Choose another hotel. I travel a lot. And there were different situations. Both hotels and airlines were more loyal. It is immediately clear that money is above the comfort of the guests.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. Everything is always clean, cozy, and the staff is excellent. Delicious breakfasts. It's just great for Yerevan hotels!))
For comparison, I once decided to stay at a hotel of a well-known international chain (in Moscow and St. Petersburg I know excellent hotels of this chain), I was very sorry because of the smoky rooms and dirt))) therefore, I no longer experiment and stay in Yerevan only at Nova)

I visited this beautiful, cozy hotel in late May and early June 2023. Everything is in excellent condition. Clear. Water is brought to the room every day. There is everything you need, a kettle, a hairdryer, an ironing board and an iron, including a bathrobe and slippers. There are shower accessories, a toothbrush, which are updated daily (you do not need to take all this with you). Very convenient location, in the city center. Friendly, friendly staff. They always smile. They will always help and explain everything))) Breakfast was offered at an early check-in, which was very pleasant after a night flight. The breakfast is varied and very tasty, in addition to the buffet, they offer to cook an omelet with different fillings, a poached egg and more. Next time, upon arrival in Yerevan, I will definitely stay at Nova hotel, I recommend it to everyone, you will not regret it!

The hotel is very modern and cozy. The staff is very polite and hospitable. There is care and attention in everything. The hotel has everything you need: kettle + tea/coffee, iron, ironing board in the room, everything you need in the bathroom and even more)) The hotel is clean everywhere. The mattress is not sagging. The bed linen and pillows are of excellent quality. I agree with the rest of the reviews - there are wonderful breakfasts here! The hotel is located in the city center, in the courtyard. There is no noise from the street, but the windows of neighboring houses are quite close. The rooms are well cleaned, every day a new bottle of water for each guest. The beds are large and comfortable. Shower gel, slippers, towels, shampoo - everything is available. There was even a little nail file! Very pleasant.
What I really didn't like was the BREAKFAST. This is a big disadvantage for the hotel. If you stay at the hotel for 2 days, it is acceptable, for a longer time - you will stay hungry after breakfast. The porridge was of the same type (oatmeal), and even then not every day. Small yoghurts in cups. This is the end of dairy products. Basturma and salinity (tomatoes, gherkins, etc.) every morning. Fried bacon and beans in tomato sauce. There were also fresh fruits (not enough, fruit salad is impossible to cook), vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes.), boiled eggs every day. The drain didn't seem to have been washed..
If you have dietary restrictions or you just don't eat salted, fried, pickled in such large quantities every morning, then this is not your breakfast. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.

A very nice hotel for the price we paid. Almost the center - the Opera house is just around the corner, the Square is a little further away, but walking does not bother - a slow walk of 15-20 minutes. There are more hotels nearby, but this one wins by its sparseness and price, of course. The staff is attentive and friendly. Nice linen in the room. The breakfast is only modest and not varied (it has hardly changed in a week), but all the products and dishes are high-quality and delicious. I would like more dairy products - natural yogurt, matzo, more varied cheeses. The hotel is a solid 4. Even 4+ I would put. I will warn you only about one thing: there are many family rooms (with a door between neighboring rooms), and there is audibility through the door ... so if you are traveling with a company, ask them to put you next to it. Otherwise, you will learn all the secrets of the neighbors. And through the wall, nothing is inaudible, quiet and calm.
P.S. Next to the hotel on Nova Street, a kiosk with coffee in different versions is excellent. I recommend pampering yourself before the tour. They will definitely draw a heart on the lid and write pleasant words encouraging you for the whole day.

This beautiful hotel is hidden in the courtyards in the very center of Yerevan, from which you just go out and walk around beautiful places😍
Someone complains about good audibility. Yes, there is such a thing, but what difference does it make if you walk from morning to evening, and by night you are just exhausted and sleeping the sweet sleep of a baby😏
The breakfasts are some of the coolest here! Every day there is something new, different, for every taste and color. How many times have you been to hotels - here they are one of the most favorite😍
The staff is always friendly and positive, they can support any conversation, any joke, help in any situation 🫶🏻

Hello everyone. We visited this hotel in February 2023. Excellent price-quality ratio. All the finishes are in a modern style. It is close to the center, but since the hotel is located in the courtyard, no noise interferes. You can get a good night's sleep. The food is fresh at breakfast. Omelets are made to order, coffee is brewed in front of you. The staff is super!!! I advise everyone.

Excellent staff, smoothed out many of the shortcomings that upset.
Positive:
- relatively good location. Everything is within walking distance.
- a normal breakfast

-hair dryer, iron, ironing board
-there are umbrellas in case of rain
-there is tea and coffee with a kettle
-daily cleaning
Minuses:
- the rooms and the corridor need to be repaired. The walls are scratched, the wallpaper is coming off, the doors are falling off. There are no blackout curtains. There are blinds, but the light is not blocked.
- terrible sound insulation. More precisely, it does not exist from the word at all. One morning we listened to someone suffering from poisoning in the bathroom.
- sintepon pillows and the absence of any alternative. not the most comfortable mattresses. It's hard to get enough sleep. Double bed - shifted, constantly moving apart single beds.
- broken plumbing - a leaky hygienic shower.
- breakfast is normal. everything seems to be there, but it's a little meager, but there's enough to eat in general. only three additives can be added to scrambled eggs and omelets. coffee from the vending machine. juice is packaged.
-view from the window - residential buildings with balconies, so you will admire you to the fullest
-constantly turning on the air conditioner, even if you turn it off a hundred times
-very expensive transfer and excursions from the hotel (take a Yandex go transfer, excursions are on the street)
-there is no gym
-tiny rooms (although I took an enlarged room) There is only enough space in the superior room for one suitcase, and that is for hand luggage.
