From the first seconds, she enveloped her with responsiveness and hospitality, conducted, showed everything, told. Just a smart girl and a beauty in every sense of the word !!! The gym is cozy and compact. Everything you need to eat! The pool is gorgeous, the guns will smash any fat)). Sauna class- the bath attendant is a mega-positive young man! You've done everything for us! I RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE! Although I was looking for something like this near my house, but for the sake of such a place, you can come from the other side of the city! Thanks to the management for the wonderful staff! A great October promotion that you definitely need to take advantage of. Professional massage from Thai girls plus two hours at the spa! Large swimming pool and Jacuzzi, Finnish sauna. Please note that the hammam is for special procedures, not for everyone to visit (there is no steam). The overall location in the city center is very convenient for visiting after work. It's a beautiful place.Irena and Tatiana at the reception : very responsive and friendly, they helped me find a forgotten phone in the locker room. The coach in the gym is beyond praise, I needed rehabilitation after surgery, all the exercises with the coach gave the desired result.The coach has a higher education and a rehabilitation specialist qualification.I will recommend everyone to come here to work out and relax in the pool or get a massage. Everything is very clean and comfortable

We were at the spa with a visit to the pool with sauna. I just liked the massage and the warm pool. The Jacuzzi is large, but it is not possible to stay there successfully. There is a lot of bleach, the lane is not conveniently located far from the pool, you need to go down the stairs and it is very small, although it is very well heated. But the biggest horror is the bathrobes and towels that we were given - they are all washed, thin as rags and with holes in them, well, it's just not serious. Is it really impossible to buy normal towels???

It was the first time, but I really liked everything!
The staff easily finds an approach to the guests, which is very pleasing. The administrator performs his duties perfectly, explains everything in an accessible way and shows where and what to find. I would also like to mention the massage, which was at the highest level!

A polite, pleasant receptionist, diligent masseuses, oil with a gentle train, a relaxing atmosphere, dimmed lights and unobtrusive music, we got clean and whole towels and bathrobes (I met complaints in many reviews, I was preparing for the fact that I would have to ask for a replacement if such a situation arose).
But! There is also some unkemptness: the condition of the plumbing and showers still requires updating. Once luxurious, now slightly tired..

Hello! We decided to have a weekend break with a young man and the choice fell on this place. We decided to sign up for a massage, arrived early to still have time to splash in the pool.
The staff is polite. The girl on the host is smiling and friendly, and the masseuse girls are just the nicest people. However, there are obvious disadvantages to this place:
1. Terribly smelly and old robes. They smelled of stale massage oil, the sleeves were literally in tatters, and the young man had worn holes on his shoulders. To be honest, I really didn't want to wear it.
2. The hood blows very strongly in the aqua zone itself. As soon as you get out of the water, an icy wind rolls over you. How would you not get sick after that ?
3. The girl on the host did not tell us at all what is included in our program. A massage therapist who speaks Russian led us to the aqua zone, and we only found out about the sauna and hammam when it was time for us to leave.
4. Please add real shampoo, not diluted soap, to the dispenser labeled "shampoo".
5. After the massage, no one explained where to go, where to wash off the oil, as a result, a shower was found in the office with a young man, where there was no soap or shampoo, and everything was quickly awkwardly washed off. At that moment, the masseuses also came in, discussing something very loudly, as if we shouldn't be here anymore.
The place is relatively good, but there are obvious disadvantages that the management should be warned about.

My husband and I have been there twice already. The massage itself and all related manipulations are at the highest level. It is only because of the quality of the relaxing services themselves that I make such an assessment, because otherwise it is a complete disaster.
It's dirty, the shower and toilet smell like sewage, something is not working or is working poorly, a lot of people in the aqua zone, a bathrobe and towels smell something unpleasant.
Prices are lower than the average for SPA centers, located in the very center of Minsk.

We went with a young man to a spa program for two with unlimited time to visit the aqua zone and massage. As soon as I entered the locker room, I noticed the condition of the lockers - they were very dirty) It's not very pleasant to leave your clean clothes in them. There is also a lot of dust in the relaxation room after a massage, and in general, everything in the showers is dirty and broken in places. It's unpleasant to relax in a place where you're squeamish about touching something. At the entrance to the pool, there is a very dusty treadmill, apparently damaged. Why is the question: why is she there? Obviously, there are not enough staff to maintain cleanliness at the required level. Cream (or oil) after the massage, it did not wash off with ordinary soap from the dispenser in the shower, it was inconvenient.
After staying at this spa for about two and a half hours, the young man and I left upset and with the understanding that we would not return to this place and would not advise anyone.
Also, after the massage, I would like to drink good tea, and not just strong black tea. The staff is friendly and nice to talk to.

What's going on in there???
There's a lot of bleach in the Jacuzzi! They bake my eyes, after being in the Jacuzzi for more than one minute, as a result, a rash appeared on my skin and I had to take a shower a couple of times to get rid of the chemicals that are used there.
They will tell you this is a one-time failure and they will check and fix everything now, this is a lie!!!
Several people complained to us.
Read other reviews, there are a lot of people writing about this, only after reading these reviews I decided to write my own and confirm!
The route from the sauna to the aqua zone passes through a cold corridor, it's easy to get sick. It was also cold in the aqua zone itself, everyone was covered with towels and the whole room (again) smelled of bleach!!
I really thought it was some kind of one-time glitch, but apparently it's not, I can't imagine how people still go there, it's stupidly harmful.
They left after about 20 minutes, it's not possible to be there.
The most clueless spa in the city (and I'm not writing about how "comfortable" the changing rooms are and what condition everything is in).

The wild cold in the aquazone. The temperature barely reaches 20. The pool is cool. The only warm place is a Jacuzzi and a sauna. But in order to reach them, you will have to freeze off all your limbs. In fact, it is simply impossible to spend the whole day there at such a temperature. It is hardly possible to serve an hour and a half. Accordingly, there can be no question of any relaxation. I do not advise, it is better to find something more expensive, but where you can get out of the water, lie down to rest or calmly walk to the sauna, without the risk of getting sick.

We signed up for a pair procedure- so that we could be together at the same time and together , we called several times and tried to pick up an entry. And finally picked up! We arrived in advance so that we could change clothes and not delay either the masters or the clients. We waited a long time at the reception. When we had already changed into shabby and unpleasant-smelling dressing gowns, it was only then that we were informed that our procedure was not a joint event, but one after another, which surprised us. After the meeting at the reception was as uncomfortable as possible, after dressing gowns and the same fringed towels, a tiny and not very clean locker room where everyone can bump into each other at the slightest movement, there was no desire to stay, they left, returning the money. I do not recommend visiting. It's hard to give service, of course, but it's possible.

And there was always some kind of cold wind, they thought that the air conditioners were turned on for the cold, but after asking the receptionist, she said that this is how the hotel hood works. But when you swim in the pool, sometimes cold air blows from the ceiling on you, and the pool is not the warmest, it turns out you simply freeze. Cleanliness and maintenance are normal.

I took a cream coupon, which is very convenient, included 2 hours of aqua zone and massage. The location of the sauna is not convenient, you need to go down and up the stairs to get into the pool. The pool itself is warm, comfortable 1.4 m. The Jacuzzi is also super. The robes have seen life, but they are clean, without any smell. I was never given towels, the receptionist said they were out, I'll bring them to you later. In the end, she probably forgot about us. It's good that she took her own.

The terrible carelessness of the staff at the reception. A month ago I signed up for a SPA program for two, yesterday I got a call, confirmed the appointment! we arrive today, but my reservation is not in the computer, and all the massage therapists are busy at the moment. The receptionist called the one who confirmed my record yesterday, she lied that I canceled the record yesterday, which of course is a lie, otherwise why would I come today. The next appointment for our massage was offered only after 1.5 months!!! After my indignation, there was a window in a week, the question is why lie again?? Well, it's worth mentioning that as a result of this whole situation, the employee did not even deign to apologize for the inconvenience caused to me, I'm not even talking about the fact that usually in such cases they give some kind of bonus, whether it's a free visit to the aqua zone or an increase in the massage session by half an hour, etc. Terrible attitude towards the client
