Convenient location of the center, good access. I did a colonoscopy and fgds with sedation. Fast, comfortable. Excellent medical staff!!! The only negative is that the response to the biopsy is not sent either by e-mail or Viber. After 2 weeks, I had to drive 100 km again to get it, which is very inconvenient for nonresidents.

I like the quality of service. At first, she moved here herself, and now her daughter visits doctors here instead of the children's polyclinic, which stretches all the nerves. I also liked the nurse who takes blood. Very polite and neat.
We have already visited the ultrasound room, ENT, therapist, pediatrician, neurologist, allergist, cardiologist, and oculists. I liked all the specialists.
I was not entirely satisfied with the advice of an adult torpedo. Not to say that I am completely dissatisfied, but compared to other specialists of the center, I seemed less professional.
I heartily recommend the center. Yes, it's not the cheapest pleasure, but unlike free pancakes, you save your time and nerve cells, plus you get professional advice clearly and to the point. Everyone is given time.

I will leave such a review only because of such situations with this particular medical center. I am a regular customer of private medical centers (due to the large range of services and the availability to enroll) In the fall, there was a very strong need to make an appointment with a gynecologist. Because of the urgency, I contacted novomed for the first time: when recording, they told me that the inspection would cost 45 rubles. During the visit, another ultrasound was needed , but a consultation without an examination in a chair ( previously it was with an examination ) Therefore, the price of the visit has changed . I clarified, they told me: admission 32 + ultrasound 35 ( I don't remember exactly the exact prices, but it was said up to 70 rubles ) . Gynecologist Sapotko doesn't seem to be a bad person, there are no complaints about her, she conducted the examination and consultation well. And even to be honest, I was so joyful and happy because of the good news that I wouldn't even pay attention to minor flaws.
As a result, I go down to pay and at the checkout they tell me the cost is about 108 rubles ... I paid, but then decided to clarify by phone why the cost had changed (at the time of payment, I happily attached the card and did not pay attention ) . On the phone, they said: we told you the amounts without VAT ( +20% ) were approximately : 32 rubles = 39 rubles | 35 rubles = 42 rubles... but still the amount did not add up and they replied the rest is consumables: paper, diaper and lubricant and a condom ~ 27 rubles. God, that made it funny (if they didn't give me a block of paper, they didn't give it home, but it's a pity....) . When you asked what a piece of paper and a diaper cost as much as a doctor's appointment, they said it was just VAT added to them. The girl couldn't explain anything properly at all.
As a person working in the economic field, I just wanted to express it to them like that. 😂
I decided not to contact this medical center anymore because of this situation.
Maybe I was so unlucky, or if your prices are formed after a visit, you need to warn people about it. I got an ultrasound scan during the visit. I wish this center to adjust its pricing a bit or teach employees how to better explain how to recoup money.
I hope that the organization reads the comments and at least a little helps people better understand how much they have to pay for a visit. After all, many people come not because they have a lot of money and want to be monitored in a private center, but because of an urgent need for the last money, and at the checkout if such a situation occurs and you feel bad as an organization and a person is embarrassed in front of you that there is not enough money in it.

That day, I called 7703 and asked for the name of the assistant doctor. But no one knows the name of this "specialist" and cannot find out, although they promised to contact the senior administrator and clarify. No one called back. The next day, I called 7703 again and the story repeated itself. If you don't have enough stress and humiliation in your life, come to an appointment with a gynecologist at Novamed.

We contacted Korotina A.A., the appointment was stressful, with some kind of neglect, the doctor denied all the medications that we had been treated with for 5 years and were recommended by doctors from other clinics as well as the head of the ENT department of the children's regional hospital, these are framinazine and aquamaris,vasoconstrictors,said that you need to rinse your nose with a syringe, which is doubtful to me to a very young child, also, at my request to calculate the dose of the antibiotic that helps us (amoxiclav) at a raised tone and, interrupting me, recommended my own anyway, as a result, we immediately turned to another doctor and it turned out that the child almost does not hear in two ears!!! why didn't Korotina do the examination properly, I don't recommend it and I doubt the competence of this doctor

There are very illiterate girls at the reception, starting with the fact that they misspelled my last name and indicated the male gender. I noticed the last name and asked to correct it, but they ignored me. As a result, my last name was incorrectly indicated in my certificate, which caused me to stay late at the medical center, by which time my appointment was already over. Due to the negligent attitude of the administrators, I missed my return minibus to Minsk. I would review the working staff at the reception once again.

Before this incident, everything was fine and the clinic's laboratory assistant even went to meet us when it was urgent, everything was ready in an hour.

There are interns at the reception, or they don't want to work, so you have to get all the information out of them yourself. They don't send the test results by mail, for me it's a huge disadvantage to wait two weeks or call constantly and find out, although they are done in a couple of days.
I was at FGDS, the doctor was in a hurry somewhere, after lidocaine he started asking questions, for me it's complete sadism to answer questions after choking my throat. This is not the first time I have gone through this procedure, there is something to compare it with, this has never happened.

Stress immediately and for free. Barriers against human contact are like those of a plague center in a classified facility . This is a talking showcase of the manual at the entrance. And inside, a disciplinary HELL has apparently been created for subordinates... But for me, for example, this entrance performance with a cameraman seemed like a reception area not for the living... I'm not going anywhere....I won't even risk trying.

I totally agree with the negative reviews.
The head of gynecology, Basenko, prescribes dietary supplements, broccoli extract, for a fabulous 100 rubles / pack. Will he help?) Obviously not!
Also, in my 20s, she recommends taking hormonal injections (4 pcs minimum), which are prescribed to menopausal women. The cost of an injection is not small, 400+ rubles, but it says "why do you need injections somewhere, come to our center, buy them here and get injections," which only means that you are not a patient at the center, but just a bag of money.
He imposes additional services that can be done at the clinic for free or at helix, where they send tests, but at least not at exorbitant prices.
I do not recommend this center to anyone.

They charge decent money for receptions, but the level of service is sad. I understand that receptions can be stressful, but it's not difficult to warn you in a trivial way.
My wife had to wait so long to get to the doctor. Moreover, no one called her until she went herself. She's already on edge because of her health problems and has been stressed all this time.
We pay such money for the service and we want to receive the appropriate quality of services.

But the receptionists at the reception are some kind of darkness! It is clear that the girls came out of an ordinary polyclinic, but the polyclinic did not come out of them! Approaching the window, you still have to wait until they pay attention to you, at best they will say hello to you. I have never seen such a manner of communication with clients in any private medical center in Mogilev as here.
And another huge omission is the lack of coupons with the number of the office you are going to. The receptionist is just saying it out loud. When there is only one office, it's fine, but if you go to several specialists at once, then you can forget everything out of excitement and during the waiting period, and contacting arrogant registrars again is a dubious pleasure.
