There is often a long queue, sometimes the parcel is searched for a long time - the delivery message has already arrived, but the department says that it is not there - it can be seen that they are disassembling for a long time. The staff is not very good. It's a pity that the branch on Sofievskaya 11 was closed - everything was clear there.
