The normal branch is the New post office, receiving and delivering cargoes up to 30 kg. The staff is generally good, but there is a lot of turnover due to the company's policy... In general, I am satisfied, but very often there are program failures and lack of Internet, which makes it impossible to receive or send cargo. In general, failures, as in other branches of Novaya Pochta, are caused by greed and indifference of the management.
