Quite a budget, comfortable hotel is closer to *** than the four - almost in the city center. The rooms with a bathroom and a bathroom are equipped according to all the requirements of modern standards (we had a standard room) - clean, daily cleaning, there is a restaurant where you can have a tasty and satisfying snack - we had breakfast included in the price with a good selection of buffet dishes. The food is delicious, a choice of dishes of Arabic cuisine, European, salads, etc. The transport infrastructure is well developed - we used public transport - stops near the hotel (some stops in open areas are equipped with air conditioning), very comfortable transport. By bus you can get to any direction in the city and to the nearest suburb to the main attractions (Sheikh Zayed Mosque, Saadiyat Island, where the Louvre and the snow-white beach, the Presidential Palace, etc.). Not far away is a cozy green central city park with original fountains, the Corniche promenade, many cafes with delicious national cuisine, where the local population is served, many different shops, shopping centers where you can find everything you need. The location is quite convenient: the Corniche and the sea are 20 minutes on foot. There is an alcohol market nearby with all kinds of alcoholic beverages.
Rooms. I got a room on the smoking floor.
If you can't stand the smell of tobacco, be sure to tell the time of check-in on another floor in advance. Moreover, it is impossible to ventilate the room: the windows do not open.
Entertainments. On the 5th floor there is a swimming pool and a gym. There is also a bar, which is open not only for guests: locals come to relax.
Food for 5: an abundance of dishes, an emphasis on Indian and Arabic cuisine, several types of side dishes and the second - the eyes run away, even for vegitarians - a gastronomic paradise. The om Ali Arabic dessert is perfectly prepared.

Everything is great, convenient location, delicious varied food, by the way, drinks are free at dinners (we took breakfast / dinner). Clean rooms, bathrobes, slippers, iron , kettle , safe, refrigerator. For some reason, there was no hair dryer in our room, but I noticed this only on the last day, since I always take my own. Water was supplied every day, 1 liter, the tea set was replenished daily. Daily cleaning, change of towels on request (if you throw it on the floor). There is no Russian-speaking staff.

A great hotel with very nice staff! 5 times in the Emirates and only the second time we got to the European breakfast. We rested from 06.12.23 to 12/14.23 and always had absolutely fresh Iceberg leaves and other salads for breakfast, not a single rotten leaf, crispy, as if just from the garden) fresh cucumbers, tomatoes and 3 types of delicious cheese are also available, in combination with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, salads came out on fire! Fried eggs or omelets with various fillers are made with you at your choice. There were 2 types of grilled sausages/sausages .. but the sausage, like all Arab sausages, is for an amateur, but this hotel has the best variety of sausages from those tested elsewhere).
A good selection of yoghurts and Date milk for breakfast. The coffee is also excellent , it is not faceted from the coffee machine . The juice is an apple and either an orange or a pineapple. Well, the standard snacks beans and pancakes, as well as pastries were always present, in general, we liked the breakfasts.
I also really liked the pool on the 5th floor, it was cozy and the water was hot in December, that's what you need!
The furniture in the room is a little lost, but not critical. The bed is good! Iron and hair dryer on request, brought quickly. Shampoos, balsam and shower gel are eco-friendly, the smells are pleasant.
In general, the hotel meets the stated stars and if we are ready to return to it again)

A great hotel. It is located near the promenade and the beach. There are several shopping malls within walking distance. The food, and this is breakfast, is healthy, without frills. Vegetables, fruits, herbs, cheeses, sausages, meat, fish, hot dishes, water, juices, tea, coffee. Pastry shop. Everyone could choose according to their taste. The staff is polite and friendly. The service is excellent.

Excellent location, in the city center, you can walk to the beach - 20-25 minutes, to the Corniche - 10 minutes, near the bus stop. Bus 65 goes to the embankment and to the Marina Mall, there is the same village as they used to live. If you go to the right, then the 94 bus stop is around the corner. On it you can go to the Loire mosque of Scheikha Zayda and poyazh Saadiyat. One trip is 2 dirhams. It is necessary to buy a card, but then we found out that they are given at the airport for free!!! It is very comfortable to ride buses. Not stressful. Remember that the card must be applied at the entrance and at the exit. By service at the hotel. There was no hair dryer in the room, provided without problems for the entire period. Cleaned every day, but the towels were never changed. When leaving, they were asked to leave things in storage until the arrival of the transfer - also without problems. We took breakfast + dinner. Very comfortable. I don't really want to eat during the day, because it's hot. In the morning there was always an omelet with filling, which is fried in front of you. Sausages, sausage as a sandwich, fresh vegetables, fruits (arbus, papaya, melon, pineapple)yogurts, milkshakes, muesli, tea, coffee machine, porridge. A lot of things. I think everyone will choose. For dinner: beef, chicken, fish or seafood (delicious). Rice, potatoes, pasta, boiled vegetables, mashed soups (tomato, mushroom, pumpkin and some more))) there have always been desserts (the same ones) - carrot, red velvet, pistachio. The room is spacious, one window does not open. The sun didn't hit the window. The furniture is a little tired.On the 5th floor there is a swimming pool and a gym. I am 100% satisfied.

The hotel is essentially a 3* hotel with an old room stock. But he can be forgiven for the unique infrastructural location. There is a bus nearby to any attraction, whether it is a saadiyat or a mosque or a palace. A buffet breakfast for every taste, from custom-made fried eggs to hash browns, croissants and hot shop Arabic cuisine. It is not recommended for sophisticated tourists. But if you only sleep in the room and take a shower in the heat, it's quite for yourself. The staff is responsive and in touch.

Like it · The hotel exceeded our expectations in all respects - they gave us a very spacious room, kept the reservation despite the late check-in after midnight, put an extra bed for free, the hotel has an excellent swimming pool on the 5th floor with an outdoor cafe, bar and terrace. The hotel itself is conveniently located - the A2 express bus runs from the international airport to the Capital Park stop, and from there it takes 6 minutes on foot. There are several large supermarkets near the hotel, the nearest alcohol store is about 15 minutes on foot, but I won't recommend anything except beer there - prices bite). A taxi is often on duty at the hotel - it is most convenient to pay in cash and cheaper to catch a taxi on the street than through their Careem application - overpay 20 percent of the cost in it, keep this in mind. The food at the hotel deserves special praise - we took half board and were pleasantly pleased with the abundance and variety of buffet dishes for breakfast and dinner (you can also choose breakfast with lunch). Earlier I read in the reviews that the food was the same and quickly bored - but as of mid-March, this is completely untrue. For 7 nights of stay, the choice changed daily! And, importantly, everything is very tasty cooked. There are, of course, dishes of Arabic cuisine, quite spicy, but their share in the general menu is quite reasonable. And everything else - fruits, juices, milk, coffee, pastries - in unlimited quantities. The beds are very comfortable - we got enough sleep and felt refreshed. The hotel is quiet, no one bothered, we really had a good rest and hope to come back here again!
Didn't like it · The central glass revolving door did not work in the hotel, which caused inconvenience when entering and exiting the hotel with things (the side doors are quite heavy and they were only occasionally helped to open)

The hotel is not new, the old air conditioning system, there are no bathrobes, slippers, trash bags, hair dryer in the room, the staff does not provide adapters for euro sockets. Old furniture (in particular, an armchair in the room)... but the bathroom is clean. The breakfasts are varied (buffet). For an unassuming holiday.

At the hotel, they tried to settle us for a long time with a voucher, we had to wait 15-20 minutes. It is also worth considering a tax of 15 dirhams per day, payment on the spot.
There are no European F sockets, the hotel does not provide an adapter.

Not a bad hotel, delicious food, but the room stock is old, a lot needs repair. Not a very good location, it's far from the sea, we didn't find any cool restaurants nearby. In winter, after 11 am, you can't swim in the pool anymore, the sun goes down behind the neighboring high-rise and it gets cold. The audibility is very good, you will hear everything that is happening in the neighbors and in the corridor.

Advantages of the Novel hotel:
Convenient location in the city center, 15-20 minutes on foot to the public free beach, but I do not advise girls without men to go to it, local men take pictures on the phone shamelessly, drill with their eyes, savages. It is better to go further to the paid beach, it is quiet and culturally there.
the 2nd plus of the hotel is a very friendly and responsive staff, everyone will prompt and help, but only in English or Arabic. Wi-Fi is free there, so you can use a translator.
3rd plus - its own outdoor pool, quite decent, near a bar and hookah bar. But the sun is in the pool only until lunch, then the hotel building itself closes it.
the 4th fat plus is the food in the restaurant. Buffet, the food is very varied and delicious, several types of meat, cheeses, pastries, fruits and vegetables, hot drinks and juices. You will definitely not stay hungry.
Linen and towels are changed in the room, everything is clean, snow-white.
Smoking is allowed only on the 1st floor in a specially designated place and on the 5th floor near the pool.
And now about the cons :
The 2-bed room is very small and dark. The tiny window is clogged tightly and dirty (it is simply impossible to wash it), the two of us can't disperse in the room, we have to walk one by one. And the most disgusting thing is it's sooo dark even with all the electrical appliances turned on. You can put yourself in order only in the bathroom, where it is lighter.
The room has a refrigerator, hairdryer, TV, safe, 2 beds, an armchair and a table.
At the back of the hotel there are inexpensive shops for buying souvenirs and Arabic oils. Their oils deserve only the best praise!!! Persistent, gentle, for every taste
