Novikov is no longer a cake in Baku :( Noticeable degradation since the age of 22, buratta in the furnace, vegetables in any neighboring 24h are better, tiramisu as a mockery, grappa is served icy like vodka. What's going on here? Complete disappointment… I'm already silent about the gloomy waiters, who are clearly suffering.

If you are tired of Azerbaijani cuisine, then here you are. Everything is delicious as usual. The service is really long, but it is almost everywhere in Azerbaijan.

Everything is probably good and Novikov-like, except for the service. They revolve around local and regular customers, ignoring unknown guests, alas, the sediment remained, minus the star.
