It feels like I'm in the 90s, everything is old and already "tired". The building requires major repairs. The infectious diseases department seems to be from wartime.
I am pleasantly surprised by the staff. Nurses are attentive to patients, without "phrases on duty", nurses will prompt and tell you how and where to go.
