We gave the down jacket to the dry cleaners. A few days later, the jacket was returned in which the fluff was piled in lumps. It was simply washed in a typewriter, without even drying it. This is not a dry cleaner. If you don't want to ruin your things, then it's better not to talk to this "dry cleaner".
