We have been going there with our family for 7 years now! very nice hotel, friendly staff and animators, delicious food, good sea. in the evenings there is a mini disco, and after that there are adult shows. the rooms are comfortable and comfortable. Novostar Khayam Garden Beach thank you for giving us a good holiday!
I'm at the hotel now. The rooms are very tired, there is no animation. The food is monotonous. The beach is covered in slabs. Covid and the absence of Russian guests were very influenced, according to the locals.
The most intimate hotel!!
We rested from June 17 to July 1 in the room 2006 (thank you very much for the family two-room room for us with a wonderful view of the garden and the sea with a swimming pool, quiet). I really liked the hotel!!! Cleanliness is everywhere, a very sincere team of staff and animators who will not let you get bored, as well as help solve any issues, varied and delicious food. Now for more details:
- food - I really liked it: lamb, veal, fish, chicken, turkey, rabbit even once, seafood almost every day in one of the dishes, children also have something to eat, I really liked the showcase next to the salad bar (there are all sorts of rolls, portion snacks - a real work of art!), I liked the master of omelets for breakfast!!!;
- animators are the soul of the hotel: they are always friendly, they do very well with children, they also offer a lot of entertainment for adults. My daughter fell in love with the Russian-speaking animator Gulya, who treats children with kindness, awe and due attention. If Guli wasn't at the mini club, she didn't even want to go there. At the mini-disco, I always danced only looking at Gulya. Thanks to Gula from us!!! The animators even escorted us out of the hotel. It's very nice!!! Also, special thanks and big greetings to the lifeguard by the pool Aladdin - we remember him very much!!!
- cleanliness everywhere, very good room cleaning with antibacterial agents;
- beautiful green area, a real garden (I really liked the area in front of the main entrance, a real landscaped park);
- many pools, including slides for adults;
- there were always enough sun beds, both on the beach and by the pools;
- the reception staff is at the highest level (they helped us with the organization of an individual tour at a good price, extended the room without problems), including a Russian-speaking girl who always helps to solve all issues and facilitates communication with the staff (first there was Anna, then Victoria - thank you very much to them!!, Anna met us, and Victoria accompanied me to the bus when leaving the hotel). I recommend the hotel to everyone as a first-class hotel for a family holiday!!!
Small disadvantages and suggestions for improving the hotel:
- there are no slides for the youngest in the children's pool (in previous years they were, they were important to us);
- there are no shaded umbrellas and sun beds in the area of sandy entry into the sea (to the right of the Coco Beach restaurant). Suggestions: arrange several umbrellas from the sun there, you can also make a descent (staircase) from the hotel to this section of the beach and also arrange several umbrellas with sun loungers on top of the lawn;
- queues for pasta: for a solution, several types of white pasta are always offered to be kept on display in side dishes, since it was not very pleasant for children to queue for pasta without sauces;
- queues for freshly squeezed orange juices in the morning: for a solution, it is suggested to prepare freshly squeezed juices in advance, or let the waiters bring them;
- the grilled meat is over-dried and there are queues too, and on the day when there were lobsters, half of the lobster was on the contrary raw (it's a pity for the spoiled lobster), since there was a very long queue behind them and the cook on the grill tried to make it faster.
