The food in general is terrible everything is tasteless
There is no tea or coffee for dinner in the evening
There is a full ass on the beach, there are a lot of people who can't get on the bus, they don't take standing people, there are no bathrobes or slippers in the rooms as described, there is nothing to dry clothes on, in general, the hotel is completely zero

There are no complaints about the hotel. The only transfer to the beach caused a stir among vacationers. But the shortage of seats on the bus was immediately solved with the help of a taxi. But this issue needs to be thought through somehow.

I lived in a New Hotel, it's a little higher class, but the infrastructure is common. The hotel is urban, but there is a bus to the beach. The kitchen, as in all hotels of the chain, is very good. The staff is beyond praise.
