We had lunch at a restaurant, walking around the city. I must say right away that after entering the restaurant, and not cheap, sitting down at the table, we waited for about 10 minutes when the waiter would come up to us. Without waiting for this action and arbitrarily finding the menu somewhere on the next table, leafing through and deciding on the selected dishes, we waited for about 15 minutes more when someone would come up to us. I'll explain right away-I was hungry, but waiting for an order was getting more and more interesting by the minute, and it was connected with how long the waiter would come. As a result, it happened. Unable to stand the 25 minutes of waiting, I spat on everything and started waving my arms over my head in a panic to attract the attention of at least one waiter. Hallelujah, one of us noticed, came up, called himself Anatoly and accepted our order. Looking ahead, this is probably the most adequate official in this restaurant. But, as it turned out, the kitchen is not so tasty as at first glance. The service is disgusting, although they charge 10% of the amount indicated in the receipt.
A very modern, pleasant hotel.
Delicious varied breakfasts.
There is a spa.
Good location, next to the lift to Koktebel.
Tink world cards are accepted.
Objectively, the hotel is not worth the requested day, 4 stars is a stretch.
Very poor breakfasts, simple room stock.
The only advantage is the convenient location.
I lived there with my family for a week during the May holidays. There are no complaints about the rooms, it is cozy, thoughtful, clean. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom doors: double-leaf and without a lock.
The pool is good, not big and not small, just right. Pictures of the sky are projected on the ceiling of the pool, it looks unusual. The sauna is also good.
But there are complaints about the staff. The girls behind the counter are completely incompetent. When it came to extending their stay or paying for additional services, they were extremely demanding. But when I asked them all week to find out if I could celebrate my birthday at their restaurant, they stupidly scored. Every time they said that "there was another girl yesterday," although there are only two of them, one per shift. As a result, not only did I not receive an answer about the restaurant, they did not even bother to congratulate me on my birthday (although I told them about it for 5 days in a row from the day of arrival). I would have understood if the hotel had been crowded, but judging by the morning receptions, there were very few people.
Morning receptions are a separate topic. We were periodically kicked off occupied tables, arguing that they were reserved, while we did not see anyone occupy these tables until the end of breakfast. I was also infuriated by the daily: "what's your room?" - as if we came from the street and decided to have a free breakfast.
As a result, to my indignation, they brought me a cheap dessert (from the morning buffet) as an apology for the joints.
Well, in the end, they decided to finish me off: before the last night, I warned that I was leaving tomorrow, asked to arrange a late check-out (that is, not before 12, but before 14), they said - okay. In the morning after breakfast, we go to the pool with the whole family, and when we return to the room, it turns out that the room is blocked, since it is already 12:00! But the check-out is at 14:00! And like a fool in a towel, I go to the reception to have my room unblocked, cursing everything in the world. After taking the unlocked card from the door, I told the receptionist about everything I had suffered and went to open the room to the family, who were waiting at the room wet after the pool and sauna. Having gathered, we went down to the reception to hand over the keys, where the receptionist calmly asks us: did we like our stay at their hotel?! A curtain..
In general, if you are undemanding to the service, this hotel is not the worst place to spend 100 bucks per night. Who wants to get adequate service for this money - there are many other options.
The hotel is good, but the service leaves much to be desired. They gave me a smoky room, and there were leftovers from previous guests in the mini-bar. The problem was solved with a certificate for dinner. I would like to pay more attention to the guests
Great mattress
Very rich and varied breakfasts - for every taste
, the reception is quick and courteous
The location is also good - nearby hangouts and restaurants
An excellent business hotel in the heart of our city, the most wonderful view from the windows, comfortable rooms, a little small, but quite comfortable. What I don't like is the tightness at the reception, the lobby is very stupidly organized. The reception desk is small, why do you need a large counter in front of the entrance to the restaurant (the meaning is not clear)! And the bar takes up a lot of space, and there is almost nowhere to sit down in the lobby to meet or wait for guests. But the staff is excellent, I am glad that graduates of Almaty universities work there!
Teach the guards to let people with small children into the bathroom. They are rude and rude.
The rooms are ok, the pool is dirty. The breakfasts are delicious.
Excellent hotel in the historical center of the city. The proximity of the city's attractions makes the hotel more attractive, although there are a lot of hotels with equal stars in the city
Just a great hotel. A varied breakfast, fruits can be taken with you. All necessary services are free of charge (iron, for example), attention to detail (shoe sponge, refrigerator, safe). You can safely recommend it for a visit.
Everything is at the highest level, starting from the reception and ending with the restaurant!!! I liked everything very much, the most important thing is clean.
Very friendly staff, especially at breakfast! There was a room with a mountain view, I really liked it. The room cleaning was also done flawlessly. Thanks!
Everything is cool. Location, Parking, cleanliness of the room, spa. The price/quality is very high. Just don't use the laundry room. they planted and ruined ALL THE THINGS.
Excellent Hotel) modern, spacious, clean) delicious varied breakfasts, there is a swimming pool from 8.00 to 20.00) next to the kok tobe cable car. The staff is young, polite, pleasant to communicate with! I liked everything!)
A new, modern hotel! Very comfortable. There is a swimming pool, Spa, fitness. Everything is new. Excellent views from the windows of Abak square and the hotel Kazakhstan

I want to say thank you to the reception staff right away. Very responsive guys and girls .
Elnora helped me a lot.
It was necessary to call a doctor and she very sensibly decided everything.
In general, the reception works like clockwork.
In this hotel, they apparently devote a lot of time to working with staff. including the maids.
It's a cool spa and the people who work there are responsive.
I really liked the hotel.
I recommend.
