Disappointed. Four stars does not pull from the word at all.
1. There are not even such little things as slippers. Not to mention the robe.
2. Of course there is no shower cap either
3. We took a room "super quiet", with Windows facing the courtyard. The air conditioner and hood are noisy, so we really regretted it. And the windows overlook the courtyard, so everyone has. No options.
4. For families with children, – keep in mind, – there are no rooms with separate beds! Only one big one!
5. Parking could be done at a slightly lower cost. The price is one of the most expensive in the city. 24 € / night. Moreover, there is also no discount for a few days. A lot of Parking lots offer a good discount of three days. And from five days the offer is even better. There are also no discounts a priori. As a result, the car was moved to another Parking lot. With a good discount. We stood there for four days. And upon departure, it turned out that the parking was counted for ALL days)) Although when we left, we said that we would not park the car. Another trial for an hour 🤦♂️
6. On the plus side, there is a kettle in the room. A pretty good buffet for dinner. A solid four out of five
7. Nutrition. It's a difficult question. We stopped by on Thursday. Dinner was just wow! Everything you don't try is just super fish and meat! And then the cooks were replaced. Friday and all weekend, for me personally, I wouldn't go to dinner at all 😕
8. They asked to take the checkout a couple of hours later. For some unknown reason, they began to lie that the hotel was supposedly full. And there is no such possibility. It's not very pleasant! We can see, we are not blind - almost the entire hotel has moved out! It's become empty!! As a result, after trying to resolve the issue four times, he asked to contact the director of the hotel. And only after that we decided to leave one room and we will hand over one later. This is certainly encouraging. Well, how much time and nerves it took to achieve this!

1. Convenient location - both for shopping (almost in the center) and for mountain lovers (bus stop across the street)
2. Good breakfasts (included in the room rate) and lunches. We haven't gone to dinner once, so I can't say anything.
3. You can go to the pool at the nearby hotel.
Quite a decent hotel, although the rooms are already a little tired.
