Great hotel! It's the most comfortable place I've ever lived! The metro is 100 meters away, the Mall of the Emirates is one station away, or you can walk! There is a large supermarket nearby ( everything is there and ready too), a delicious Lebanese restaurant on the next block! A large sportswear store SSS (discount) and Brands for less is across the street !
The hotel has 3 transfers - to Kate beach in the morning and this is the best beach ! To the Marina in the afternoon and evening and to the Outlet Mall at 4:30 p.m. Covers all needs! Well, take the subway anywhere !
The hotel has 25 floors, but there is no crowd feeling at all! At breakfast, the coordinator distributes the tables and you don't stand over anyone's soul! Generally well done! Cleanliness , order - any request is fulfilled . But the collapse is cleaning every day, water, tea too. Shampoo, balm and body lotion are available, and the shower and bathroom in the room are very convenient! Towels are provided by the pool and you can take them to the beach - the pool is really in the Shade, but very warm !!!
The room is comfortable, the bed is super, the linen is white ! Large closet , refrigerator . I couldn't hear the noise of people or the road at all, but my windows overlooked the highway. The food is delicious, high-quality, the dishes are repeated, but this is normal for breakfast! There is an Indian menu - try it! I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! Take only the slippers - there are none here :)

A wonderful, hospitable hotel. We rested in it from 20.112024. I liked everything. The meals were breakfasts and dinners. It is quite diverse and tasty. There are only spicy dishes, so ask. The rooms are cozy, but already a little tired. It is especially noticeable on the carpet. We were taken to 2 beaches at different times. We liked Kite Beach the most. There is a swimming pool on the 7th floor. It's heated and there's no sun. Therefore, sunbathing by the pool will not work. But you can swim. There are towels by the pool. The hotel has a very convenient location. Near the metro station, grocery store, restaurants.

The hotel is located near the Mashrek metro station (no more than 5 minutes on foot), and the trail.The station is a large mall of the Emirates. Drinking water in glass bottles is in the room all the time - it is brought every day. One of the inconveniences is the Arabic sockets, which are different from the ones we are used to. An adapter is needed. You can buy it nearby in a supermarket (immediately to the right at the exit of the hotel and 5-7 minutes on foot) for 10.5 dirhams. Another minor inconvenience is that there is nowhere to dry the swimsuit. I had to hang them on "hangers" for clothes. The staff is friendly.

A good hotel, there are pros and cons. Pros - The location is very convenient, the metro station is across the street. We took the subway to all the sights. The food is delicious and varied. The staff is friendly and friendly.
Cons- We were in an improved room, it seemed a little cramped and the window was not panoramic, the windows did not open, swimsuits and towels were not dried at all, dampness in the room. The carpet is dirty with stains, it is unpleasant to walk barefoot. Take your slippers with you.

Good evening! I stayed at this hotel from 12/26/24 to 1.01.25 . The hotel is in a very convenient location. There is a metro station, a supermarket and several snack bars nearby.The prices are reasonable. Wi-fi is available. The food in the restaurant is very tasty and varied. A pleasant hotel with a convenient location near the metro. The rooms are bright and have a large bathroom. Inside the room, if there are roads nearby, it is very clean.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel (I was there from December 28, 2024 to January 3, 2025). Very friendly and courteous staff, delicious food, the hotel itself is beautiful. Among the disadvantages: non-opening windows (I really wanted fresh air), dirty glasses and the lingering smell of smoking in the room (either from previous guests or from the extractor hood). A good hotel for 4, a very tasty buffet, the rooms were well cleaned, water, teas, towels and bed linen were renewed, despite the fact that the windows faced the highway, there was no noise. The pool, as they wrote, is in the shade all the time, but in principle there was no time to visit it. I would also like to mention the courtesy of all the reception and dining staff, who answered all questions. The only thing is, since the windows don't open, there's nowhere to dry things after the sea, nothing dries in the bathroom, I had to put everything on the chairs.

I liked the hotel. Delicious varied food for dinners and breakfasts. Friendly staff, daily room cleaning. The pool is on the terrace of the 7th floor, the water is warm, but all the time in the shade, it was cool to get out of the water in April. There was a free gym next to the pool too, we didn't use it)
The location of the hotel is excellent 3-5 minutes from Mashrek metro station, it seems to be 4 stops from Dubai Marina and 15 minutes from the sea to beautiful places. There is also a free shuttle service from the hotel to the beach and Kite beach (at 9 they take you away, at 13 back, it takes minutes to drive). This beach has an open sea and not as many people as the Dubai Marina area. Sun beds are paid everywhere, so do not forget to put a mat on the beach ☺️

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL!
We are currently in this hotel, because we bought a tour (we can't refuse - money will burn), and the only good thing here is the location - near the metro station and a good restaurant, and friendly staff (who should be everywhere anyway), that's it.
- About the rooms: all rooms have very dirty carpet (walking with bare feet is just disgusting), there is a terrible smell of mold and dampness (this is said not only by us, but also by the visitors we met in the elevator) - we changed the room 3 times! They don't give you any slippers or bathrobes. The windows are all dirty, I don't want to look in them. There is not even a small closet with shelves in our room, only hangers in the number of 6 pieces. The ventilation is disgusting, the smell of cigarettes and tobacco spreads throughout the room and bathroom.
The bathroom is constantly very cold floor (slippers were not given), yellow joints everywhere, torn tiles, in the shower there is only the shower itself, watering cans that you can take - no, there are no shelves where to put bath accessories, the taps open with a creak.
The pool is more of a children's paddling pool with a view of the track, although you are unlikely to see a view from it.
The staff is not a single Russian speaker (although there is at least one in other hotels "according to reviews"). They asked to bring towels (they didn't bring them in an hour)
Breakfasts (we have only them) - from normal food: scrambled eggs, shakshuka and vegetables + drinks (EVERYTHING). Everything else is definitely not our usual food, everything is spicy, sour, liquid, in short - a big minus. There are no pancakes, cheesecakes, yogurt that we are used to (and you just won't find all that here).
Transfer to the beach - you will drive at least 40 minutes, because this transfer will stop at 3-5 more different hotels. Back - also, there is no air conditioning in the transfer. Take a taxi (and it's not cheap here)
There is no place to dry things. There is a small rope stretched over the bathroom, in which you simply will not be able to swim. Things don't dry, they get wet after 3 days. We dry it in the room on the TV, table, etc.
There is no balcony.
Complex regulation of the air conditioner, you will either freeze and turn into ice, or steam up from lack of air.
I sincerely wish that this hotel was renovated and everything was washed here. I don't know who leaves good reviews, but if you don't like living in a hut, this is not your option.

However, at the entrance, they took a separate resort fee of about 4 thousand rubles, which was not discussed initially. Room cleaning every other day, which is quite acceptable. The food is generally convenient in time intervals, but the choice is meager and on the 7th day of arrival the same thing gets boring, and there are also specific spices that do not always come in.
The location of the hotel is not bad, close to the metro, but the accessibility of the metro ends only with the convenience of getting to shopping malls, mall of the Emirates and Dubai mall Burj Khalifa.
Transfers and beaches: there are solid disadvantages here. There are two beaches to choose from, and only one with a small number of people and clean water and a beach is pleasant, but even here it turned out that the sunbeds are paid and their cost is around 8 thousand rubles per day for 2 pcs. The transfer to this beach is the only one per day, and also not very convenient, leaves at 9 a.m., and the first bus arrives at the hotel is already full, that is, the transfer is not a hotel, and you have to wait another half hour for the next one, as a result, you need to go out for breakfast at 8 a.m. to catch 9 at the reception, and then wait another half hour and, taking into account the road, you get to the beach by 10:00, return transfer at 13:00. You can get to this beach in another way only by taxi, at a cost of one way it goes around 1500 rubles one way. If you try to get by metro to this beach, go 4 stations, but then walk around 40 minutes in the unbearable heat among the private sector, lack of shade.
Beach number 2:
It is more convenient to get there, the taxi cost is the same 1500 one way, there are 2 transfers, at 15:00 and at 18:00, the return in two hours, but taking into account traffic jams at this time you go to the beach for an hour and it turns out through a return transfer, which is not logical to use. You can also get to the beach by metro, generally not bad, 4 metro stations, then 20 minutes on foot, through a beautiful Marina with yachts and a good view.
The beach itself is certainly not very far from the word at all, the views are not bad, there are skyscrapers behind, a Ferris wheel in front and many yachts standing in the bay, but the water is very dirty, perhaps because of shipping, as well as because of the huge number of people, and not tourists, but so to speak local working Indians, Pakistanis, etc., sand dirty with garbage and cigarette butts, in general, it is in the water and on the beach itself is not very pleasant, except to come up to look at the views ...
Of the advantages: at check-out, the cards were blocked at 12:00, but they said that we can stay in the room until 15:00, departure to the airport at 18:30, although it is possible this is a plus for this particular operator, since in previous trips there was the same pleasant plus, we will add further on the transfer to the airport.
To summarize, we can say that this kind of trip is suitable exclusively for those who do not go to the sea and sunbathe, but to shop and buy something, or with adult children to visit all kinds of parks, but then it makes sense to take a cheaper hotel, since there will not be time, as well as leave this money for a visit these parks. And it should be borne in mind that the mentality of local workers who are present on the street does not imply the presence of our Russian etiquette, to let a woman, or even more so a woman with a child into an elevator or a door, give way, everything is a rod for a break that is quite uncomfortable with a child...

Great hotel. Great location, metro is 2 minutes away on foot, near a great grocery store, cafe and much more. The breakfasts and dinners are varied. There are two swimming pools and a SPA on the seventh floor. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. Of the minuses - there are no oral hygiene kits in the room, the pool is in the shade for almost the whole day - the sun shines for 30 minutes maximum, the refrigerator slightly cools drinks that should lie there for several hours, the furniture is already tired, lumps of synthpone form in the pillows after 2 nights of sleep, the windows are dirty, streaked. In general, you can live, but you won't want to come back.

This is the worst hotel I've ever been to. It's even worse than the average 3-star hotel I've had to live in. If I had the opportunity, I would give a minus 1 rating. It is really terrible, starting with incompetent, unfriendly and non-client-oriented staff, disrespectful attitude towards their guests and ending with dirty and smelly rooms.
And so, in order: we were registered at check-in for 30 minutes, despite the fact that I had registered electronically in advance. At check-in, the staff confused everything all the time. Despite the fact that we arrived at 14 o'clock, the room turned out to be empty and we waited another 40 minutes. The room is terrible, despite the fact that it is a junior suite, the carpet is all dirty, the walls are stained, the windows are dirty, the furniture is shabby. The room has a persistent smell of dampness, mustiness and mold. The sound insulation is disgusting. All the sounds from the next room are clearly audible.
After check-in, they asked to bring bedding for the children, had to wait more than 2 hours, called 4 times, but it did not help. As a result, the disgruntled guy brought only a sheet and two pillowcases. They asked him to bring a duvet cover, so he began to complain that he had to walk several times. It is impossible to reach the reception. They never answer. They called the room service directly, but it didn't do much good.
Transfer to the beach and Dubai Mall is a separate story. This is really bullying. You have to manage to get on the bus to the beach, it's a whole quest. Despite the fact that a daily transfer to the Dubai Mall was announced, we did not wait for him for two days, he never arrived. At the reception, they don't know anything or give false information. Water and other supplies are not brought to the room, you need to constantly beg for everything. To take towels to the beach, you will be charged a deposit of 200 dirhams here. I've never seen anything like it before.
The food in the hotel is so-so, everything is spicy, a lot of spices, we did not like it.
The only positive thing is the pool, which is generally not bad. That's it!!! We didn't find any more advantages here. I don't understand where the positive reviews about this hotel come from.

The location of the hotel is certainly the best to fully embrace Dubai and enjoy it. The hotel itself is quite comfortable for us, everything is fine! The room was a little dirty from the carpet, of course. The food is also varied, we are not particularly picky in this regard! Since we were going to relax and get emotions!
And I also liked the service, we lost the keys several times, and they were updated for free, without any additional charges.

The hotel is on a busy highway, near the metro, many cafes and a large shopping center in 15 minutes. There is a transfer to 2 beaches, and an evening transfer to Dubai Marina for a walk, but it takes about 30 minutes to drive, taking into account traffic jams. It takes 25 minutes to get to the airport by taxi, it costs +- 80 dirh. Therefore, if your departure is early, then it makes sense to take your time to have breakfast and get there yourself. We stayed at the hotel quite randomly. When the tour operator showed the photos, we saw its facade and rooms and said, "Well, it's beautiful, we're going there."

The hotel has all the amenities: a cafe, a bar, a spa, a very beautiful pool on the 7th floor. There are also free buses from the hotel to 2 malls and 2 beaches on schedule. Room cleaning every day. Overall, the hotel has a nice, friendly staff.
Positive:
1)2 pools with heated water
2)There is 2 liters of drinking water in the room, which is changed as soon as you request
3)Beautiful view from the window, there is a bathtub, a shower room, and a toilet with a bidet, in short: convenient! There is also a hairdryer and shower gels
4)Buffet: varied food, fresh and delicious
Minuses:
1)Dirty carpet in the room with lots of stains
2) Far to the beach: despite the fact that there are 2 free transfers to the beaches (9:00 - pick up at the beach, 13:00 - pick up at the hotel, to another beach at 15:00 and 18:00 respectively), by public transport and on foot it takes a total of 30 minutes one way.

Not a bad hotel near al Barsha metro station. The area is certainly not a palm tree, but there are supermarkets, restaurants mostly Indian-Iranian or pizza/ burger. The breakfast is varied, fruits and vegetables are quite tasty. There are 2 bayssanes on the shadow side. but it takes about 20 minutes to get to the beach by taxi. the rooms are slightly tired, but without dirt and breakdowns
