It's a pretty good hotel. Everything is clean, warm, reasonable breakfasts and dinners. But when you come to the spa, you will be told that you need to take a towel, slippers from the room, in general, take everything with you, in my opinion it is simply not acceptable, even for a 4-star hotel....The hotel administrator has something to strive for.

In this hotel, only the lobby is in good condition. The rooms are pretty shabby, the furniture is worn, the carpet is dirty and worn in places, the doors are shabby, the curtains are sliding off their hinges. When I entered the room, I was shocked, because the hotel is rated at 5 stars. The sound insulation is very poor. There are very few places in the underground parking, if you arrive in the evening it will be difficult to find a place. The breakfasts are good, but the restaurant is very dirty, the floors are sticky, the tables are poorly wiped, the chairs are dirty and streaked. The service is very poor.

I stayed with my son for 4 days. The employees are very caring and friendly, our sparkling brothers. Thank you especially to the restaurant staff. Breakfast was successful , the building was well maintained, the rooms were clean, the only problem was the smell in the hallway of the floor. Jul. I thought the reason was the carpets. I don't know if it's on every floor or not. I think we stayed on the 11th or 12th floor and our stay was 4 days. I would recommend a hospitable hotel. It was very kind for the breakfast we missed to be served for free anyway, and thank you to our young brothers 😇

I lowered my rating after visiting the "restaurant" in a 5-star hotel. The breakfasts are disgusting. Everything, absolutely all the products on the table were not the first freshness and most likely not the first time they are laid out. Cheeses, sausages, fried eggs, pancakes are stale, dried up. There is a 4-star hotel in Gaziantep, and in the restaurant all the food is fresh and hot.
