Overall, the hotel is not bad for its price. There is a tram stop nearby, it takes 10 minutes to get to the center. There is also a small shop nearby for 24 hours and a 2-3-minute supermarket.
The breakfasts are not bad, the staff speaks Russian.
The cleaning was so-so, the towels were not changed for a long time, they were cleaned in a day or two.
If the windows overlook the road, it is very noisy, since the intersection and the trams run.
Our air conditioner was not working.
In general, the price and quality justify themselves

Late check-in, the hotel is very cozy, like at grandma's house)
Clean.
Good breakfasts. The concierges are friendly, they give you a kettle for free on request. It is convenient to get from the airport. Not five stars, but for your money, what you need.

Non-working air conditioners (only blow but do not cool), century-old carpet in the rooms, unfriendly staff who meticulously checks your name in the lists at the entrance to the restaurant, whether breakfast is included (at the same time, the food quality is 4*, delicious), for sweets - an angry guest came to the reception with me and brought a cockroach to the a napkin... This is a fiasco.
