Excellent hotel, very friendly and friendly staff, some of the employees speak Russian. All the staff are very responsive, help and prompt with any question. The rooms are clean, tidy and cozy, the shower is clean, the room is cleaned every day. The breakfast buffet is good. The location is just great, 5 minutes to the tram station, 10 minutes to the metro. In general, many attractions can be reached on foot, the only thing you need to go a little uphill, but this is not only a problem for this hotel

A very nice hotel, convenient location, quiet area, bustle during the day, silence at night, the air is saturated with the sea scent.

A wonderful hotel! We were accommodated in a room a level higher than we had booked. Cool TV, very fast Wi-Fi, new plumbing. Everything you need in the room is there: a kettle, cups, refrigerator, comfortable beds. The closet seemed small to us, but that's not a problem.
Delicious breakfasts, towels were changed every day, 1.5 bottles of water were put on and tea as needed.
It is located 5 minutes from the Grand Bazaar. There is a tram stop nearby. Everything is very close. Right in front of the grocery store, everything you needed to buy there is very convenient.
Keep in mind that the hotel is located downstairs, i.e. it takes five to seven minutes to climb a normal slide down the street. But in general, if you come to Istanbul, you need to be ready for walks up and down.
You can safely book! I would go there again.
