The best canteen, cheap, with delicious pastries. A kind team, a lot of cool people. The best place, I love everyone here. The enterprise is huge, in fact, it is possible to get there only on the fifth track.
The first impression of visiting the administrative office is positive, cozy, comfortable, all well-wishers.
The prosperity of such an organization in difficult times.
And the company JSC BELZIM will help in this
It depends on which side to look at:
1) the products are of high quality and I did not observe large queues for loading;
2) the equipment in the workshops is modern and new;
3) the authorities are adequate;
4) The PO is adequate and is always paid on time.
And now for the cons:
1) it is relatively hot in the workshops, especially in summer;
2) although there are filters and hoods, there is 100% no protection from dust;
3) if you have a "weak" stomach, visit the dining room carefully :)
This is one of the largest factories in Belarus. A full-cycle plant. With elegant equipment, there are very expensive production lines, which allows you to reduce the human factor and maximize the flow of manufactured items. I think that most Russian furniture manufacturers would like to have such equipment and capacities.
I definitely recommend the products of this manufacturer.
And what has changed?!? Almost nothing, as they rolled down to the Soviet department, everything goes to him... People who provide trouble-free work are not appreciated, the tariff is raised for those who leave the services... I understand everything but I do not understand for almost 2 years THOSE WHO ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR the LUNGS and THE ENTIRE NERVOUS SYSTEM OF the PLANT (here both production and warehouses) And dezh.electricians have a plug in each "hole"... And at the same time, people get a little less than 1t NB, or rather they don't get that either.
The plant is normal.
I have been working for 4 years and everything is fine.
ZP is normal and always stable without delay, always 30 and 15 are transferred.
The team is normal.
The worst production in the world. The working conditions are unbearable. The heat in the workshop is even minus twenty in winter, it will still remain under forty degrees of heat, and there is nothing to say about summer at all, everything is 50-60 degrees there. It is impossible to stay sane while working there. My mother has been working there for 9 years and her roof is already tearing down significantly (I'm not kidding, the person has become incredibly irritable and nervous)
