I would like to note the very high quality of the furniture, unexpectedly pleasant. The materials, processing, manufacturing quality, painting quality - everything is excellent, even in small things. Production is at a high level, both in terms of culture and in terms of quality.
The designer who designed the furniture is well done and clever. A very competent specialist.
The installation team is the best team I've ever had to communicate with and work with. They work very thoughtfully, but unmistakably.

I had experience working with many companies that are present on the Belarusian market in the manufacture of furniture. But the team from Novus Kitchen are the only ones who pleased me with the quality and depth of responsibility in fulfilling my desires in real life. All the products were implemented in the best possible way and all my wishes, even in small things, were implemented with ease and without using the resources of my nervous system.

I would like to recommend it to anyone who wants to bring to life any of their ideas in the interior and furniture. Director Egor and his team, this is the case when, having applied once, you are no longer looking for alternatives. Consistently excellent results in the manufacture and installation of products, attention to detail, even when packing for delivery of the product to the facility. For the first time I turned to Egor back in 2016 with a project of a wooden staircase to a country house. The result exceeded expectations. Since then, with the help of Egor's team, we have had a coffered ceiling with lighting, arched openings, mantels, a portal for a sauna stove, an outdoor grill table Big Green Egg and more. It is especially pleasing when the attitude towards you and the quality of work does not change even if your order is not large in volume. Once again, many thanks to the whole team!

I have been doing family repairs and, accordingly, furniture for a long time.When my daughter bought an apartment, she made an approximate design project and "threw" it into furniture companies, where they usually ordered furniture - the price-quality ratio was not pleased! I started looking for options, a familiar designer recommended NOVUS. She collaborated with Svetlana's manager. I ordered a kitchen, a closet in the hallway,an entrance hall, a closet in the bedroom. Svetlana is not only a manager, but also a designer-she suggested some points in style, picked up the tone of the paint taking into account the details of the interior, she was always in touch! It was convenient to work with designers: chat in Whatsapp, everything was discussed and agreed upon at once, because the process was carried out at a distance (apartment in Moscow LCD "I LOVE"), it is very convenient. Thanks to Vadim, Denis, Dmitry - the furniture stood up as if it had been poured in! There were no problems with delivery and installation either. There were not great difficulties with transferring money from the Russian Federation, but these are nuances not related to NOVUS.We received excellent furniture in enamel, according to an individual project at an adequate price. I ordered all the furniture for the house in the Novus Kitchen: kitchen, wardrobe, cabinets, mirrors, wall panels. I was pleased with the cooperation with them at all stages: starting with the design, ending with the installation. At the entrance there is a design project and an advance payment). They do everything else on their own, you just need to coordinate the result. Great attention to detail and nuances, it feels like people know well and do their job. The deadlines have been met, the compliance with the design project is 100%, I am satisfied with the quality and result like an elephant. Regarding the cost, I don't really have anything to compare it with, I don't order furniture every day, but people involved in construction say it's not expensive. The guys made furniture for us in the new house - 2 children's rooms, a bedroom, two bathrooms and a dressing room! Everything is implemented as on a design project, coordination of all the details with the drawings, they themselves offered some good solutions, the quality corresponds to its price, everything is on top! Most importantly, they did not fail on time - everything is as promised!

At all stages of cooperation, you understand that all wishes are taken into account and will not be ignored! Guys don't take their personal time into account! Quality and service come first! After the installation work, the apartment is in perfect order) Before the installation work, there was a huge pothole on the parquet, the guys fixed it themselves. The acquaintance began with a narrow room , where there was already a sofa and expensive doors were installed . I was very worried, but the guys are just magicians! Thank you very much! I recommend it a thousand times!!!! You won't regret it!!!!)

When expectation and reality coincide!
I ordered furniture in this company for a new apartment (3 cabinets, dressers, console, cabinets, tables, shelves, slats, etc.) and was 100% satisfied. I showed pictures from the project, the guys took measurements, prepared and coordinated drawings with me, and clearly within the agreed time all the furniture came to me in the Ministry of Defense from Minsk.
Excellent quality of materials, fittings and execution, I have something to compare with, because the cabinets ordered from another company had to be returned with the termination of the contract, they were oblique, curved, with cheap Chinese hinges and guides. Prices are 20% lower than in Moscow.
This company was recommended to me by my friends, and now I will boldly recommend it to everyone!

Very high-quality work at all stages: from drawings to the selection of materials, colors, fabrics and furniture assembly. We ordered all the furniture in the study (a huge closet with a compartment for storing a rowing machine), a bed in the bedroom and all the furniture in the nursery. Everything is fine. I highly recommend it.
