Secondly, the waiters did not clean the table at all, the napkins were dirty, the dishes were empty, everything was on the table, they were removed only after we asked. There were no clean napkins, they were brought when we asked. They ordered tea in a teapot, brought 2 teapots and said that 1 liter was declared on the menu, but they ran out of liter teapots, so 2 half-liter ones. They ordered black tea, brought light tea and said that it had not brewed yet, however, it also did not brew later. And the milk for tea was generally brought in a glass and they said that they did not have a milk jug. While we were pouring milk into the tea, half of it was spilled on the table. The salad alone was sour from vinegar. The sofa on which they were sitting was torn and burned in holes. The only thing we liked was sushi and hookah. The guy who brought us the hookah was the most normal and adequate person among the staff. He came up to us, asked if there was anything else we wanted to try, and told us about the promotions. So I'm giving him a check-in. If you replace these waiters, tinker with the interior, buy the right dishes, then it may still be good in this institution.

Хороший кинотеатр, 3 зала (1 - большой, и 2 маленьких). Всегда приятное обслуживание на кассе. В малых залах лучше брать после 3 ряда, иначе слишком близко к экрану.

Ударник - это наш любимый кинотеатр детства. Хорошая акустика, мягкие кресла, качественные очки, вежливый персонал. Но в последнее время разочаровывает то, что расписание фильмов на разных сайтах совершенно не совпадает с реальностью!

Как то зашёл в это заведение, заказал бургер и кофе, кофе машина не работает, прождал бургер мин 50 мне его так и не принесли, расплатился за чай который мне принесли вместо кофе, и ушёл

Веранда восхитительная, а вот GQ это полнейший провал. Обслуживали очень долго! Порции крошечные и не вкусные. Думала что кухня одна и та же, ведь комплекс один. Но даже цезарь был абсолютно разным

Большой зал на 5+ но в маленьких залах сидеть в первых трех рядах невозможно, ооооочень близко, зачастую заявленной на сайте kino.kz, информация не соответствует, недавно пришли на премьеру фильма Вторжение Бондарчука, в кассе заявили что фильм не дошёл, хотя и на сайте и в буклете возле кассы фильм значился 🤔 такая же ситуация была с фильмом Хантер киллер который так и не показали вообще не объяснив это абсолютно Никак. Поэтому оценка твёрдая тройка...

Сеанс 04.01.2020 в 14.30 зал номер 1. В зале ожидания давка, потому что в зал запускают с самым началом сеанса. Сам зал ожидания не убран, рассыпан попкорн, люди по нему ходят. Гардероб пустой, сидит гардеробщица, но вещи принимать отказывается! И отказывается сообщать телефон руководителя. Очень плохо. Скорее бы кинотеатр в Достык молле.
