I stayed at this hotel. A small quiet hotel with 5 floors.
Everything is very decent. The rooms are clean. The furniture is new.
Breakfast in the restaurant on the 5th floor. The buffet. The choice of dishes is not very large. Very tasty pastries.
The staff organized a transfer to the airport, for which special thanks.
Overall, I really liked the hotel.

The staff is very polite. Clear. It smells good. There is a pool by appointment and a hammam inside, too, everything is sterile and clean. Everything inside the room is neat and snow-white. And what delicious and varied breakfasts. Rooms are cleaned every 2 days. If you need to clean the room, you can tell the reception and it will be done. They respond promptly and do everything in a fast mode.

The hotel was chosen by our tour operator. We were here for the first time, but we liked not only the hotel, its location, the quality and variety of the buffet, but also the very friendly and attentive attitude of the staff, we enjoyed using the SPA area. A wonderful hotel!
It doesn't look flashy, but once inside, you get the feeling that you want to stay in it: pleasant staff, a small but exquisitely decorated lobby.
The hotel is clean, everything is neat. High-quality construction and finishing materials were used. And everything was done by hands growing from that place.
The spacious rooms should be noted. And these are simple rooms, no special ones according to the classification of hotels.
The disadvantages include breakfast. They are represented by a buffet. And so the quality and assortment could be more balanced, I'm not talking about the breadth of the range of dishes presented, but more about serving and cooking.
But this can be attributed to quibbling.
A good location (10 minutes from the airport), proximity to infrastructure (cafes, shops, transport) give it 9 out of 10 possible points.
I lowered my score for breakfast. But to some it will seem insignificant.
In general, a wonderful hotel for business and not only trips.

The hotel is just wonderful, only there were very few guests on our arrival. Everything is new, clean and beautiful, decent breakfasts, the standard room is spacious, the plumbing is in excellent condition. The staff is extremely polite, cleaning, changing towels every day. 5 minutes from the metro, there are shops, a restaurant, a cafe, the Parus shopping center with a cinema nearby and the National Park with the Magic City center is quite close. I heartily recommend it, it's a pity it's quite difficult to find information about this hotel on the Internet, perhaps that's why there are few visitors.

We spent 2 days here and got only positive emotions! Nice, bright and clean rooms, friendly staff, pool - everything is great!
The pool is small, covered, it is necessary to book in advance. We went in the morning and it was cool there, I'm afraid that in the heat of the day it will manifest itself))
Good breakfasts - a little cheese, bread, fruits and vegetables and a little hot.

I would like to tell you how they cheated at the hotel. I had a pre-paid room for 3 days by another organization. During the departure, I had to pay some extra money for accommodation. Unfortunately, I did not know the exact amount and hoped and trusted the hotel staff. Check-out was at 4 am, so I just paid the offered amount and left for the airport. At the airport, I noticed that a large amount was debited from the card. When I returned to Moscow, I wrote to the hotel by e-mail, in which I asked why such a large amount of money was debited and asked to check again the cost of my stay, because the room had already been paid. In response, the hotel staff wrote that a new employee was working on the day of my departure, who worked only for the second day. When I left, the employee made a mistake and charged the full cost of my stay from my card. It turns out the number was paid twice. And at the same time, they wrote that they were not going to return the money, but would simply make a discount on my next visit. I offered to give me the money back after all, but after that they stopped responding to my emails. Taking into account the fact that I do not plan to come to Tashkent again, I perceive it as deception and theft. I do not recommend visiting this hotel because of the disdainful attitude towards customers and obvious deception.

The TV in the room did not work, the "pocket" for the electronic key fell off, the wiring was faulty, the wall sconces went out, the electrical wires cracked. At breakfast in the restaurant there was cheese slicing all with mold, the grain krfe quickly ran out. The room was not cleaned even if there was a "Clean room" sign on the door.
