At the same time, the master was in the institution and confirmed that she was not working. Question: Do you follow the recordings at all? You can call, warn, reschedule, and so on. I signed up a young man at the beginning of the month on the 19th at 19:00 to master Vlad. I set up an SMS notification about the reception for the day. The notification has arrived. Upon arrival, my young man and I went to the reception desk, showed a notification about the appointment and asked us to accept, to which the girl spread her hands and said that this master was not working today. And now a question for the management. How do you set the work schedule of your employees, that people waste their time, which is not returned to us!? The administrator did not even apologize and did not offer any options out of the situation that would have tripled us. Coming tomorrow is not an option. Sitting down with a master who has a haircut twice as expensive is not an option. In such situations, high-level salons are obliged to offer a discount for their joint or AT LEAST apologize. And not to throw up your hands, showing your lack of professionalism. The administrator is the face of your salon, which must competently handle all issues and jambs. And I hope to get an answer to the question of why it happened. Thank you.
