Very friendly staff and convenient location. That's all. Expectation and reality do not coincide. If you are used to good European city hotels, then you are not here. There are a maximum of 2 stars here. The rooms are old and very tired. The view is exclusively on the windows of neighboring buildings (dense buildings in the old town). Two floors of the hotel are in the basement!! There are no Windows, but there is a terrace (which you will proudly advertise at the reception). The view from the terrace is of a high brick wall (it's underground, after all) and somewhere above you will see the sky.... We got such a room on the first day and it doesn't matter that they are lower than the category we booked. They promised to move us the next day and return a quarter of the money spent on accommodation - they moved us and forgot about the refund… We were not offended, but we drew conclusions... the breakfasts are hearty, there are even some fruits, not very desserts, the coffee is disgusting! In general, it is not worth staying here, this hotel does not justify the money spent, alas.
Great hotel!!!
Stunning view from the roof
- you can't see the sights from the windows of the room. The windows look out onto a back alley.
+the dining room is located on the roof of the building with stunning views and stained glass windows. You can also go up another level higher: there is already an open area with an even more beautiful view. During the day and into the night, you can go out there and drink tea/coffee
+ the most wonderful staff. They are very polite and attentive
+room cleaning every day.
+the room has a shower, shampoos, soap, shower gels, hair dryer, slippers, towels.
++++all the main attractions are within walking distance. It takes 5 minutes to walk to them
A magnificent little hotel.
It's quiet at night, the rooms are clean, the mattresses are comfortable, the staff is very professional and pleasant. It's a little cramped, but it's an old town.
To any main attraction - 10-15 minutes on foot, there is a tram on the next street.
Breakfast is normal, it's a pity there is no porridge)
