For Tashkent, the residential complex is probably one of the best. Nice yard, underground Parking, good restaurant in the house.
BUT there are a huge number of joints!!!sloppiness, unprofessionalism and simply laziness of the maintenance staff and the developer's company.
Exactly:
- The ventilation and air conditioning system in the entrances does NOT work.
This is especially true with glass entrances and an outside temperature of + 40, it is impossible to breathe and stay in elevators and entrances. I'm afraid to imagine what would happen if I got stuck in such an elevator, and this is possible, since power outages are constant.
The management company does NOT solve this issue, says that ventilation was NOT provided by the developer. How do you like this in an elite residential complex.
- the cleaners clean disgusting. There are bulls from builders on the floor and they have been lying there for months. In the morning, the cleaners swing on the swings on the playground.
- constant power and water outages. It is permanently turned off. They can just turn it off on the floor, just like that.
- the entrance doors to the entrance are constantly broken by builders.
- in the evening, residents of other neighboring houses come to play with their children in our yard, as the doors are open.
There are 60 people in the yard of crazy, rabid children who take with them toys that the children of our house leave just on the playground. Because they think that the yard is under cameras and security. But the guards don't care!

An excellent residential complex consisting of 9 blocks, in a quiet, peaceful courtyard in a protected area, with a playground, with a separate basketball court built on the playground. The houses are fully completed in Hi-Tech style, high-ceiling apartments, with excellent views from the window, spacious entrances with paintings on the walls, I really liked the selection of apartment doors, two elevators in each block, underground Parking, which allows children to walk quietly in the yard and not worry about them when someone one of the neighbors drives a car out of the yard. The location of the house is in a very good area. Quiet, peaceful, in the European part of the capital. Nearby supermarkets, Mirabad bazaar, church, fitness club, and how many restaurants are in the vicinity. It's just brilliant!
