In October 2022, he purchased an apartment for 8,1500 USD, which at that time exceeded the threshold of 75,000 USD for obtaining a residence permit by TAP. The apartment turned out to have a bureaucratic error (a mismatch of the address in the tapu with the address in the cadastre). Instead of actually solving this issue, the company convinced me that they had solved it and there were no problems. Two years later it turned out that instead of a residence permit by TAP, a tourist residence permit was issued, which restricts the rights and opportunities and negates the meaning of an expensive purchase (today you can only extend a tourist residence permit for 6 months, you cannot apply for citizenship after the established period of ownership of real estate, etc.). It is almost impossible to fix this now, but actually, the company did not try, Although the company convinces customers that they study the objects and help to get a residence permit. Good afternoon, I want to thank Marina and NSM Real Estate for helping me buy an apartment in Mersin. At the end of August, my husband and I decided to purchase real estate in Turkey, we immediately knew that it would be the city of Mersin, because the city is large, not touristic, rapidly developing with attractive real estate prices.
Marina responded to our request for help with the purchase, told us very clearly about all the points, offered the best option and subsequently answered all our questions very patiently. As a result, we signed a contract and made a deposit.

My acquaintance with the NSM Real Estate & Construction agency began with browsing the Internet for apartments in Mersin and leaving a simple purchase request on the site. I did not even imagine that my personal manager Nikolai Filatov would be picked up so quickly and, having clarified the details of my wishes for the apartment and location, began a search. It was only necessary to arrive in the city and everything started spinning. They took it from the apartment, found an apartment (for rent) for the time of searching for a purchase closer to the office and the search area, without additional commissions, as is customary for some. The selected options were reviewed, brought to the office, a deposit was made and Nikolai and the agency team: Elizabeth, Polina, Ersen, Yusuf, Igor, Furkan, Abdulaziz joined the registration process. Accompanying us at the bank to open an account, transfer funds, registration of utilities (electricity, water, Internet, gas), moving from rent to a new apartment was carried out with the help of the NSM team, which is very problematic to solve independently while in another state without knowing the rules and language. After receiving the certificate of ownership, the agency did not stop messing with you and everyday problems, but helped with a residence permit and where to buy appliances, furniture. This is Turkey, a lot of things are arranged quite differently here than in Russia – in terms of legislation, in terms of the procedure for processing transactions, and in many other matters.
It is simply impossible and unrealistic to learn and comprehend all these subtleties yourself.
