I've been working at the company for a little over two months, I really wanted to get here, and the expectations coincided with reality, which is good news. On the first day, colleagues gave a warm welcome, showed the whole office how it works, where it is. It's great that everyone is open to questions and no one requires you to understand everything at once on the first day. The workplace is equipped with appliances (a Mac computer, a phone for work calls), you can take the necessary office, notebooks, and food delivery arrives every week (cookies, fruits, coffee, etc. - at the expense of the company). After a month of work, welcome boxes are issued, and birthday gifts are given. There is also a corporate card with a loyalty program, a very nice bonus. I like that the team is young, and despite the "difference" everyone is on the same wavelength. In general, the atmosphere is very pleasant, it feels like the office is a second home, where initiative and mutual respect are welcomed, and the work is evaluated honestly. I am glad to be a part of the team!
I worked for HR before that, I wanted to change the company, and I came across NT. There were three stages of the interview (a questionnaire and two interviews with HR). It was important for me to find a company where candidates are treated with respect and also given a fitback, which hooked me. And I liked the fact that there was no tense atmosphere at the interview, they communicated absolutely easily, this was also one of the criteria when choosing a company, since the interview should not look like an exam, but just like communication. I waited for a fitback for about two weeks, as there were many candidates, and received an offer. The choice was between several companies, I didn't even really think about it and I didn't lose. Everything you need is provided here for work. Opinions and ideas are always welcome. No one puts pressure on you, you work in a calm and cheerful environment. I can't name any obvious disadvantages that could interfere with my work
