Very rude service staff. The site should be amended as it says that they work until 18:00, and when I visited their institution before 18:00, they did not provide the service I needed. It seems that they themselves are not aware that they have to work until 18:00.

I put the assessment on the heads of the bank. Employees try their best, but due to the volume of tasks, they do not have time to work with clients. And they treat customers in a rude way. They feed on blaming the client. They have no concept of getting paid for the money of the bank's customers.
