Clean and beautiful, but only at first glance. a 4-bed room cost 12 thousand tenge, the cost is average.
Pros: the rooms are very spacious, everything looks beautiful and expensive, as they like in Kazakhstan. The mattresses are comfortable, the air conditioning is working, there is hot water.
Cons: the front door to the room opens with a jamb, the bed linen is 100% synthetic, it magnets and sparkles), the toilet door does not close, the toilet seat is broken, there is no curtain in the shower, the shower holder is broken, not that soap, not even toilet paper😐
Total hotel for 3+, you can spend the night

I stayed for one night on the way from Almaty to Samara. I liked everything. Clean, cozy room, polite staff, delicious food. I recommend this hotel!
