Of the advantages, the area is located one and a half km from the city, but the air is already cooler by several degrees. There is no city fuss. You live here like a country house. You really feel like this because it's still a problem with transport here. If you didn't leave here before 7 p.m., then it's useless to wait for transport ... only by taxi or on foot. There are a lot of mosquitoes, apparently the Bozsuv canal is a good nursery for them. I would really like the district department of Sanitary Supervision to solve this problem.
