I do not recommend using the services of this bank. The level of professionalism of the staff, and the software, leaves much to be desired. Russians are not allowed to open current accounts and deposits, they are sent to other banks. When receiving a transfer in rubles, there are constantly no rubles in the cash register, so they offer to receive a transfer in tenge at the bank's exchange rate, and the rate is often lower than in other banks and private exchange offices. There is a constant noise in the customer service room, employees shout at each other all the time, sometimes someone who is sitting behind a plastic partition shouts "put a sanction". In general, it's like at a bazaar....
