Disgusting attitude towards the client! At the entrance to the bank, the bank's specialists were not at their workplace, except for the guard, who advised them to wait. Five minutes later, employees appeared, two of whom (girls) sat on the sofa, not at the workplace, and the young man, although he took the workplace, talked on the phone for another five minutes on a personal matter. At that time, another client came in and, when asked about the possibility of receiving a transfer, a bank employee (a young man) invited the client, despite the fact that I was expecting a call.
