I have lived in this residential complex for a little over a year. Of the advantages, I would like to note the developed infrastructure near the residential complex. Nearby there is a Magnum, small shops near the house, pharmacies, cafes, vegetable shops and much more. A nice, promising area, but it is far from the center. One of the disadvantages is an expensive taxi to the center, even on weekends. But I felt good there!

Nurkent microdistrict is very good. The houses are beautiful.I live in a studio apartment, very spacious. You can go anywhere in the city. There are a lot of transports. It is located near the Almaty Arena.

It is very conveniently located, there is a bus stop nearby, a huge selection of buses... Very nice yards, lots of children... There are two gymnasiums 201 and 209 nearby... However, half of the population goes to the polyclinic in the athletic village... I would like to see a beautiful park built nearby, while only the LCD is being built)))
