A good business center, there are many offices, cafes and shops around. Good transport interchange, near the streets of Ualikhanov, Republic, Barayev and Kenesary, you can quickly get from the right, even from the left bank. The office premises are slightly tired, repairs would not hurt. 4 elevators, 4 restrooms (2 M, 2 W) on the floor. Sometimes there are interruptions in the water supply, only cold or hot water can flow from the tap.

A normal business center, there are many offices around. Near Valikhanov street, Republic, Kenesary.Inside the business center, pleasant background music or different melodies for all ages are always playing in the elevators.
