My son went to this kindergarten. It was the early 2000s, a bit of a mess. But the children were well fed. The literacy program was still in the post-Soviet period, now my son writes competently.

Awful. They hid that my child had seizures, and did not call an ambulance. And this turns out to be not the first case (so the org staff said.)
